For months President Barack Obama’s administration has been maneuvering to thwart an investigation into Hillary Clinton’s handling of potentially classified emails while secretary of state.
Now, administration officials have just made their most public attempt yet to keep the American people from learning the truth and to keep Clinton from being held accountable.
Just last month, Federal District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan granted the consumer watchdog group Judicial Watch permission to conduct “limited discovery” into why Clinton used a private email server at her New York home while serving as the nation’s top diplomat.
In his ruling, which paved the way for Clinton and her top aides to face questioning under oath, Sullivan said there was evidence that the government had acted in bad faith.
And it looks like they’re not done acting in bad faith. Because the State Department is now desperately trying to prevent the inquiry from moving forward.
Obama’s administration lawyers — working for the State Department — have asked a federal judge to severely restrict the kinds of information Judicial Watch could ask about or learn. In fact, the State Department is trying to block any questions about the email setup from being asked at all.
Topics the government asked to be off limits include the “employment status of a single employee; the storage, handling, transmission, or protection of classified information, including cybersecurity issues; and questions about any pending investigations.”
While the FBI is also currently investigating Clinton’s use of private email, the constant stalling techniques have the fingerprints of Obama and the Democratic machine all over them. They’re desperate to prevent any more bombshell findings — or criminal charges — until after the November election.
Of course, this isn’t the first time the Obama administration’s involvement in the Clinton email scandal has been scrutinized. The Horn News reported last month that critics have accused the Obama administration of all sorts of nasty tricks like concealing secret Clinton indictments, hiding nearly 100,000 Clinton emails and of hindering the FBI investigation.

If for no other reason why Hillary should not be elcted is the forced resignation of a U.S. Ambassadour from his job for using a personal server very similar to Hillaries at the same time she was using hers.

2 – Mary Mahoney – A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown (Washington, D. C.). The murder happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment by Clinton in the White House.
3 – Vince Foster – Former White House Councilor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock ‘s Rose Law Firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, ruled a suicide. (He was about to testify against Hillary related to the records she refused to turn over to congress.) Was reported to have been having an affair with Hillary.
4 – Ron Brown – Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown’s skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors. The rest of the people on the plane also died. A few days later the Air Traffic controller committed suicide.
5 – C. Victor Raiser, II – Raiser, a major player in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992.
6 – Paul Tulley – Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock on September 1992. Described by Clinton as a “dear friend and trusted advisor”.
7 – Ed Willey – Clinton fundraiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day His wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
8 – Jerry Parks – Head of Clinton’s gubernatorial security team in Little Rock .. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock . Park’s son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton . He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.
9 – James Bunch – Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a “Black Book” of people which contained names of influential people who visited Prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas
10 – James Wilson – Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to the Clintons ‘ Whitewater deals.
11 – Kathy Ferguson – Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones Lawsuit, and Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.

18 – Paul Wilcher – Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 “October Surprise” was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993, in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno 3 weeks before his death. (May have died of poison)
19 – Jon Parnell Walker – Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington , Virginia apartment balcony August 15,1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guaranty scandal.

The irony is that this scandal would have never seen the light of day if Hillary and the Obama administration had been straight-forward with congressional investigators about the Benghazi incident. Thanks to Clinton’s stall tactics an investigation was launched to try to see what she might be hiding. Her private email server came to light during that time frame. If she would have released her emails when they were first requested, rather than erasing them, this would have disappeared from the news cycle a long time ago. The danger for Clinton is that some big discovery regarding her emails will surface in late October. Between now and the election we have two political conventions and the Olympics. She would be better off to get this out now than to wait.
One way to get congress to do what they should and that is impeach the POTUS and put Hill behind bars is by removing all their benefits and Pay. I want to state at the outset that this comment has nothing to do with this article in particular. I am interested in sharing some bipartisan thoughts about the topic, We Are The Party, and address it to both Democrats and Republicans alike.
This election cycle has focused my thinking about the process we go through in both parties to select a candidate to represent us in the November elections. During the Democratic primaries Democrats vote for their choice but the “Party” has super delegates who are not beholding to the rank and file Democratic voter. On the Republican side it is apparent that when they don’t like who the rank and file Republicans are voting for “they” the “Party” try to decide who is going to be the nominee over the choice of the majority of their members. In both cases the Democratic and Republican parties forget that in reality you and I “Are the Party” and we should be the ones that ultimately decide who represents us.
To this end I am suggesting a voter “Revolution” where people push back hard on their respective parties and remind those in charge that you and I are the party and we really don’t care for these rules that take the ultimate say away from those of us who are also registered Democrats and Republicans. I would urge those of you who agree to write and call your respective Congressional, State and Local representatives to complain about the “process” in addition to the DNC and RNC depending on your party affiliation.
I think its time that the people involved in the political process understand that they only derive their authority from the People when we give it to them and WE need to recognize that when we acquiesce and let them do as they wish we are abrogating our individual prerogatives to have them represent us as we would like to be represented.
Those of you who feel you agree with my sentiments are free to use this statement in any comments or letters or conversations you have. It is my intention to insert this statement in the comments of every article I read online and to hopefully start a movement that will hold both political parties accountable to their members.

When I went to school we were taught that the government was designed by our forefathers to be a system of “Checks and Balances” so that any on of the three branches of government couldn’t get to powerful or do anything contrary to the constitution or the wishes of the people. What a bunch of crap those lessons turned out to be. I spent 20yrs. in law enforcement and I can tell you if your waiting to see if the FBI is going to recommend prosecution for Clinton, don’t hold your breath. They don’t have the balls to do that and there certainly not going to do that thru the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the DOJ is nothing other then a puppet for obama and they have even less balls then the fbi. In recent days, reports based on a trove of leaked documents from Panama-based Mossack Fonseca have revealed the hidden offshore holdings of powerful individuals and companies from more than 200 countries and territories. CNNMoney hasn’t been able to independently verify the reports.
The reports, coordinated by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, reference 12 current or former world leaders, as well as 128 other politicians and public officials. Few Americans have been named so far, but journalists involved in the investigation say more revelations are coming.
