Top Dem caught in Chinese “honeypot” sex scandal?

Another Democrat has gotten caught up in a Chinese Communist sex-and-espionage plot—and this time, the target is a woman.

A groundbreaking new foreign-influence case proves that the Chinese Communist Party uses Democrats to destroy America from within—and that high-powered career women are not immune from being lulled into bed by good-looking, smooth-talking Chinese spies.

On Monday, a federal judge in California sentenced Yaoning “Mike” Sun to four years in jail for acting as an illegal agent of a foreign government, the People’s Republic of China.

Sun bragged that his big project was getting “a new political star” elected to political office in the Democratic stronghold of California.

The 65-year-old Sun targeted a fellow Chinese immigrant, Eileen Wang, becoming her fiance and using her to do the CCP’s bidding.

They started by spreading Communist propaganda.

From 2020 to 2023, the two “received and executed directives from PRC government officials to post pro-PRC content” on “a purported news website for the local Chinese American community,” known as US News Center, according to the Justice Department.

Then, they set their sights on gaining political power, beginning with the Arcadia City Council—but first, Wang needed to make a change. With Sun aiding her campaign, in 2022, Wang switched from the Republican to the Democratic Party.

“Sun helped bring in donations — some of which came from sources with ties to the Chinese government,” reported the Los Angeles Times. Foreign-tied money drown out other candidates’ hopes of election, and she won easily.

In a February 2023 report to the CCP, Sun bragged that in the past year he had advanced their interests many ways—“most of all, during the 2022 U.S. midterm elections, I orchestrated and organized my team to win the election for city council” of a “new political star.”

Allegedly lifted by Chinese Communist money, Wang climbed higher on the political ladder.

On February 3, as her one-time sexual partner faced years in prison, Wang was sworn in as mayor of Arcadia, California. (See her highly Photoshopped picture here.)

Why should Americans care about a mayor? Because, the CCP sets up “honeypot” traps for up-and-coming politicians—so far, liberal Democrats—and bends them to do the Communists’ bidding as they rise through the ranks. Think of  Fang Fang’s sexual relationship with Eric Swalwell, now a U.S. congressman.

In fact, experts say the CCP has established a whole network of friendly Democrats in Congress who constantly serve them.

One of them, they say, is Democratic Representative Judy Chu of California, who personally awarded the Congressional Women of the Year Award to Wang in April 2024.

Like Swalwell, Chu also had a relationship with Fang Fang—although of a much less intense nature.

Fang Fang used her position as a student leader at California State University-East Bay to worm her way into Democratic politics as a “volunteer” over several years for California Democrats including Swalwell, Chu, Rep. Ro Khanna, and then-Rep. Mike Honda.

But experts say Chu has much stronger ties to the CCP.

Allegations about Chu’s CCP connections surfaced when then-President Joe Biden appointed Dominic Ng to lead the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation in April 2022. Ng had been “executive director” of two groups identified as fronts for a Chinese intelligence operation known as the United Front Work Department (UFWD).

“I question her either loyalty or competence,” Rep. Lance Gooden, R-Texas, told Fox and Friends in February 2023.

The Democrat tried to quash questions about her loyalty in the most predictable way.

“It’s racist,” Chu told MSNBC (now MSNOW) in 2023. “It’s McCarthyism at its worst, and it’s downright dangerous.” She also said questioning her ties to the world’s most murderous regime threatened her life and safety.

“The Left deploys race-baiting and baseless attacks when the facts don’t fit their narrative,” replied Gooden, as he called for “an investigation into any individual with ties to Chinese intelligence.”

Unfortunately, rooting out Chinese Communist influence in America would require a vast and expansive probe of the highest levels of the Democratic Party.

An investigation from The Horn found the CCP has Democrats serving its aims on both coasts and everywhere in-between—and has for years.

Democrats who spoke at 2024 a conference hosted by a CCP-linked organization even came from Texas.

“The United Chinese Americans (UCA) organized a conference in DC (in) 2024. (Reps.) Gene Wu (of Texas), Judy Chu, Ted Lieu (Calif,), Grace Meng (N.Y.), (and Sen.) Andy Kim (N.J.) were speakers. UCA, a NGO tied to CCP is taking tax deductible donations & organizing their 2026 conferences in Las Vegas including a Youth Leadership Class,” said anti-Communist Chinese immigrant Lily Tang Williams, a Republican.

Rep. Gene Wu of Texas, who recently made an explicitly racist appeal for minorities to vote for the Democratic Party, has deep and lasting ties to the CCP, including opposing the closure of a Chinese embassy over concerns about espionage.

But The Horn found the CCP’s grip on the Democratic Party goes higher, deeper, and wider than anyone ever imagined.

The Horn told you last April that Boston’s far-Left Democratic mayor, Michelle Wu, took $300,000 from a donor tied to the Chinese Communists’ UFWD.

Often, the CCP inserts one of its agents into politicians’ lives—even into their offices. Liberal New York Governor Kathy Hochul and her predecessor, Andrew Cuomo, both kept a CCP agent named Linda Sun as a top aide. In 2018, officials reported the late Democratic Sen. Diane Feinstein of California—who, at the time, chaired the Senate Intelligence Committee—hired a Chinese spy as a driver.

The CCP’s has even caught multiple presidents in its web.

Joe Biden took his son, Hunter, on an official, vice-presidential trip to China in 2013 to hammer out a $1.5 billion business deal.. But the deal paid China richly when Biden let the CCP surveil U.S. military installations with a spy balloon.

Nearly 30 years ago, in April 1996, then-Vice President Al Gore accepted $140,000 from the People’s Republic of China, which the CCP funneled to the Democrats’ re-election campaign through a Buddhist temple. President Clinton repaid the favor by dropping tariffs against Chinese goods, closing factories and destroying whole communities.

Americans have known for years the Democratic Party is serving the Chinese Communist Party, not us. An America-First administration should follow every lead to find out how high the corruption goes—and root out every politician selling out America to the CCP.

Now that Sun has been sentenced, the Trump administration must make cracking the CCP’s entire network of elected officials wide open and prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law.

When Congress asks what the Justice Department has done to secure our country, isn’t it time for Pam Bondi to do something more than scream about “the Dow”?

If President Trump gives American citizens their government back from the Chinese Communists, he will have succeeded in making America great again.
