Many of you seem to miss or dismiss that these emails are NOT directly from Podesta.
You do know that right?
Podesta’s email account was ILLEGALLY hacked, and the thieves stole his data, which include his emails.
Then, those very thieves freely “give” those emails to wikileaks. So now wikileaks is in possession of stolen items, or items obtained illegally.
Wikileaks is supposed to be a collective of independent journalists. This means that they SHOULD know that since these emails are not directly from the original person, then they can be easily manipulated changing the meaning, intent, or might even be completely false. Wiki didn’t bother to investigate or validate the authenticity of these emails, yet they decided to slowly “leak” the emails instead of releasing all of them at once.
We’ve already seen that many of these emails have been altered, which tells us then that any and all of these emails coming from the thief can NOT be viewed as honest and verified. After all, these emails were acquired ILLEGALLY, they were STOLEN.
So many people are quick to believe actual criminals while denouncing Hillary as being a criminal when there has been NO indictment or charge or trial or anything that actually points to Hillary being a “criminal”. Believing a person is guilty means nothing. A person must be proven to be guilty, you know, with actual verifiable facts, rather than anger people and their angry beliefs.

Well, that’s not true at all. Wikileaks did NOT uncover those emails. Wiki didn’t do any journalistic work to get those emails. Those emails were GIVEN to wiki by the thieves who stole them.
Then, we have had numerous emails that were shown to be manipulated or edited. Of course they would be. The thieves who stole the emails in the first place are not doing it because they are decent honest folks looking for the truth. They have an agenda, and by manipulating documents and then presenting them as real or documented or journalistically sourced, that creates an air of authenticity, which is NOT there.
As for the rape lawsuits, first, rape allegations are not frivolous. Republicans have spent over 2 decades discussing Bill Clinton’s infidelity and rape accusations, then spent a lot of tax money and congressional time on impeaching Bill Clinton, because clearly they don’t think rape accusations are “frivolous”.
Also, you are quick to absolutely believe that unknown and unseen criminals who stole emails did not alter them at all, but are quick to dismiss the accusations of multiple women who have made themselves known, and have very negative experiences with D. Trump. The plaintiffs are CLEARLY NOT anonymous. Where are you getting “anonymous” from? Multiple women have been on TV where you can clearly see their names and faces, and that’s far from being “anonymous”. These suits have to be in civil court because of the statute of limitations, not because the severity of the crime doesn’t warranty a criminal court, but because these women waited too long to come forward. I do want to note that I also found some of the incidents by some of these women to be questionable. However, giving the totality of allegations coupled with Trump’s own comments over the years, where there is a LOT of smoke, there is likely a fire. But, I await further investigation before final judgement, something you Trump supporters should try.
The university charges issue is not over. Even if some of the suits have been thrown out that only means that for whatever reason the plaintiff didn’t have standing. There is more to come on that issue.

On FBI and Hillary, NO she is not under 5 different FBI probes. There are 3 congressional committees continuing their political “witch hunts”, and all 3 are Republican creations. There is 1 FBI email server investigation, and that is a continuation. And there is a general investigation by the state department office of inspector general. Here is the wording from the Washington Post, “The State Department’s internal watchdog is looking into the way former secretaries handled official materials, a review that naturally involves Clinton. In a statement issued March 27, Linick said his team began preliminary work for a review of how the department preserves information and responds to information requests, including those from Congress.”
That one is NOT about Hillary Clinton. It includes her along with everyone else who has served there, because the investigation is about how former secretaries handling official materials.
There is an investigation into the Clinton Foundation, so that’s 2.
You don’t have anywhere 5 different FBI investigations or probes into Hillary Clinton’s actions.

Regarding the server issue, even after a couple of years of constant investigation and hearings, NO CHARGES have been brought against Hillary Clinton. That has meaning. It means there is NOTHING there on which to bring charges. There was NO criminal intent. There was stupidity and failure to exercise proper caution, but those things are NOT criminal acts. So, get clear on what “criminal” means, before you call someone a criminal.
Regarding the server issue—
just because no “charges” have been brought against Killary, that doesn’t mean she is innocent. It merely means the attorney has decided not to press charges. The current Facebook joke is that Comey decided not to press charges becuase he didn’t want to “commit suicide” ( = be murdered & have his death covered up).

Kid, this is a little off topic, but I am certainly glad to see that at least one person here understands that there are issues. I am also glad to see a Canadian bringing up the subject of the Keystone Pipeline. Most people in this country don’t understand that the pipeline would primarily benefit Canadian companies and not U.S. companies or citizens. Its planned terminus is the Texas Gulf Coast which will make it possible for Canadian oil to be shipped overseas at a lower cost than is presently possible. It will indirectly cut U.S. oil imports, but only because less U.S. oil will be exported.
I have several good friends who are Canadian, and I love visiting your country. Still, I think that if the Canadians would receive the benefit of the pipeline, they should pay for it.
And by the way, I hope you Canadians don’t think our next president is going to help pay for the wall you are going to want to build to keep the people fleeing the U.S. from coming up there.
