When former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein announced her intention to raise millions for an election recount from frustrated supporters of Hillary Clinton, President-elect Donald Trump warned Americans that Stein was scaming them.
Now, there’s proof Trump was right — it turns out after their failed recount bid, the Green Party walked away with over a million dollars in cash for their efforts.
A million dollars for a few weeks of work? Talk about a nasty get-rich scheme.
According to Fox News, Stein and friends spent over a million in donor cash on lavish plane trips, “consultant fees,” and salaries for themselves during their failed recount efforts — and throughout the effort, they continued to raise their donor goals to make sure supporters of the former Democratic candidate kept paying up.
“Stein, who first called for recounts in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan on Nov. 23, initially sought $2.2 million for the effort. Once the goal was met, Stein increased the amount to $4.5 million. Shortly after, Stein said the total costs would hit $7 million,” Free Beacon reported earlier this month.
At the end, Stein was asking for $9.5 million, more money for this than raised during her entire presidential campaign, according to the Conservative Review –while her and her pals spent two out of every ten dollars on themselves.
Of course, Trump was warning these looney liberals of the scam the whole time —

The Green Party just dropped its recount suit in Pennsylvania and is losing votes in Wisconsin recount. Just a Stein scam to raise money!

So what did the Green Party’s extravagant consulting fees and expensive flights around the country uncover?
A massive voter fraud scheme committed by Democrats — something conservative news organizations like The Horn News have been talking about for years. For free.
