For millions of voters, it is morning in America. For the diehard supporters of President-elect Donald Trump, the air will certainly taste sweeter today.
Admittedly, I myself am feeling a little bit of pride — after all, for months my amazing team here at The Horn News defied the mainstream media and predicted these very results. Vindication against the naysayers feels good, I must confess.
Across the country Tuesday, conservatives struck a devastating blow against globalism and identity politics. From the Gulf of Mexico to the shores of Lake Michigan, and from Maine’s stunning forests to Oklahoma’s sweeping plains, Americans collectively broke free from the chains of liberalism.
Take the day to enjoy your victory, fellow conservatives.
But in victory, be humble.
Proverbs 24:17-18 reads, “Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when they stumble, do not let your heart rejoice, or the Lord will see and disapprove and turn his wrath away from them.”
It is important that we remember that Tuesday wasn’t the end; it was the beginning.
Tomorrow the hard journey begins. Because it will be time to reach across the aisle to our neighbors, friends, family and fellow countrymen who are feeling defeated.
That won’t be easy for either side. But it is essential.
We should be reminded that after election day, it’s okay to feel strong emotions. After all, conservatives remember what 2012 felt like.
America has set out on a new path forward, but we can’t make it alone. We know that there are many honest people who worked very hard to win the election — on both sides. Now is the time for us to all come together.
The most important tool for the West and democracy’s continued success is the uninterrupted, peaceful transition of power in government.
Deciding a ruling government has historically been very violent and extremely contentious, far worse than what we saw on Tuesday. America hasn’t had post-election violence since 1861, which any student of history knows is a very remarkable streak.
Together, we can ensure that our great American democracy continues this proud tradition.
Unity is key moving forward. It’s right there in the name: United States of America.
Conservatives and liberals, let’s work together to make America great again.

I made two posts mere moments ago, both of which got the dreaded “awaiting moderation” tag.
On-point to this article, first, one should always remember and NEVER forget: those who founded this country and framed it’s Constitution DESPISED democracy. You’ll not find the word in the Constitution, and neither will you find it in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Second, Trump is not president YET. D’OweBama or one of his demonic minions may well yet arrange an “accident” or a “heart attack” for him(the See Aye Aye has a device which can induce strokes or heart attacks at a distance). Hell, they may even just drone him. After all, the last major revelation about The Liar and her staff is that they’re satan-worshipping serial child rapists and traffickers; killing Trump would please their satanic majesties…or maybe they’ll settle for one of Trump’s children or grandchildren.
i personally hope that he appoints a commission to investigate and punish every instance of voting fraud for which the members can find culprits; we need to find a way to ENSURE that no more cheating on massive scales takes place EVER again.
And, of course, i hope that D’OweBama does NOT pardon The Liar, and Trump follows through with his promise to put that evil scum away where she can never harm another child of God again as long as she lives.
Things will improve dramatically under Donald’s watch than they would have under Hillary the “Hun” which would have been a continuation of B.S. and non legacy of O’bozo the “Big Eared” Clown.
We now have a legitimate Commander-in-Chief in charge rather than “No Nothing” Pretender.

Let’s not put our faith in Trump, but in God to work through him to bring America back to God.
He is only a man. He will fail and disappoint some of you at times. You’ll think he broke a promise or didn’t do enough. Pray for our new president! He’ll need all the wisdom and counsel he can get.

Well stated, Stephen. We need to come together. Although I was extremely happy with the election results many of my friends and coworkers weren’t. I understand. There have been plenty “day afters” when I felt devastated by the results of an election.
For those of us who are happy with Tuesday’s results we need to reach out to those who are upset. That may mean listening to them vent. That’s okay. When the dust settles the fact remains that our candidate won and will lead the country for the next four years.
One of the things that doomed the Obama administration was the post-election attitude of the winner and his surrogates. If he would have reached across the aisle things might would have been different. Health care might would have been fixed and no longer be an issue. Since he managed to make the Affordable Care Act a point of contention there is a real chance that his namesake legislation will be repealed and his legacy quashed. Donald Trump’s acceptance speech seemed to set a tone. We need to pick up on that tone. Our conciliatory attitude can go a long way toward making the next four years highly productive for America.
I absolutely love the results of the election but I would like to advise DT to look forward, not backward. If he drops putting Hillary in jail and drops the suits against the ladies that accused him of sexual misconduct then he will avoid making enemies of half the country that could gear up to provide legislative blocks for his programs. President Trump needs to look forward instead of backward for the good of all of us.

This election has indeed been a great victory for America and the American people. Even though they may not yet realize or understand, it is not only a victory for Donald Trump and his supporters but for everyone else as well regardless of how they may have voted. Let us put aside our difference and come together to build a better America. Let us go forward into a bright future where everyone can work to accomplish their dreams. To a future where we are not afraid to speak our minds and we can enjoy our freedom so long as we do not attempt to deny others theirs. To a future where we can feel safe and secure in our homes.
yes, lets all be happy and peaceful. let us all forget what they almost accomplished in destroying the greatest constitutional democracy ever. Shower them with forgiveness and forget what they have done. We need them to rebuild by 2020 so they can try again to destroy this great country. Maybe with a few more of the progressively educated and brain washed products of their school systems they could pull it off next time. DT needs to keep the promises to put their kind of evil away. That is what got him elected.

All these words are wonderful and very appealing, but they will fall on deaf ears. You have to understand WHO is on the “other side of the aisle” and how they think. Thomas Jefferson said it himself: “Know thy Enemy”. Ever since the days of Ronald Reagan and his two massive victories, the Democrats began to adopt a different way of approaching politics. No more “cooperation” with the Republican party for, in their eyes, that never works. Instead, they adopted the Saul Alinskey tactic of “demonization” and have been in that type of attack mode ever since. Alinskey said it himself about “not having a conversation with them (the other party), for having a conversation “humanizes” them. You don’t want to humanize them, you want to DEMONIZE them!”. Republicans, and ALL lovers of our constitution and great country, need to get hold of the Democrat’s “Bible”, Rules for Radicals. You will learn very quickly why “cooperation” hasn’t happened in quite a long time and will continue to be that way from this point forward.
Very well written report. We have much to be proud of but we have much to work to accomplish. It’s not over, it’s actually just the beginning. We have to find patience with those who do not support President Elect Trump and VP Elect Mike Pence. While is die-hard Trump supporters must move forward in the same peaceful manner we have maintained throughout a battlefield of Trump campaign. We have lost friends, we have family who wanted to do crisis interventions, we’ve had Trump signs ripped off from our yards, we’ve got people who won’t talk to us anymore, and we lost a lot of sleep this year, but we STILL HAVE EACH OTHER. We have always risen above it all, and we must maintain that effort. I truly believe those who have supported Trump; young/middle aged/seniors, white, black, red, yellow, and purple – are the independents; the self-confident, the critical thinkers, the one’s who want to learn, the one’s willing to stand alone and take ownership of their actions, the true WARRIOR’s who, no matter how scared, will lay down and die to protect our USA, the core of America who simply REFUSE to throw the towel in and GIVE UP, yet we also refused to dispirit our integrity, morals, or our love for the USA. We are the STRENGTH behind this brand new Administration, and we must ALWAYS stay vigilant. We are the generation of change, and change is desperately needed for a lot of reasons. We are also the one’s that may very well have prevented WW III and books will be written about us long after we are gone. Thank you fellow Trump Supporters, thank you Horn News and other’s like for we are the Movement which does include a huge silent majority – people we will never know about.
