Mystery surrounds fatal plane crash in Connecticut

The police chief in East Hartford, Connecticut, has asked the FBI to assist the investigation into a fatal plane crash because it happened so close to Pratt & Whitney corporate headquarters.

Chief Scott Sansom called the jet engine maker “critical infrastructure.”

The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are also involved in the investigation.

Authorities say a student pilot and an instructor were trying to land the Piper PA-34 Seneca at Brainard Airport in Hartford when it struck a utility pole and crashed onto the road around 4 p.m. Tuesday, bursting into flames.

Police say the pilot was hospitalized with serious burns and the passenger was in the wreckage and presumed dead. Police haven’t released names.

Two people in a minivan were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

The Associated Press contributed to this article.

What were they doing so low as to hit a utility pole?

It will continue to happen if we keep letting those Syrian refugees into our company. Maybe women and children under 10, but no able bodied men or teenagers. They need to stay and fight for their country. Any able bodied man or teenage boy are candidates for terrorist. Send them to North Korea, that guy has something for them

Muslim women are not any better off here with abusive husbands than Home country. If they try to use our laws to divorce the husband, he kills her! Honor killings! No more men and everyone a high alert BGC.

Unless there is other significant evidence the authorities are hiding from the public this looks like a very normal crash arising from having a trainee pilot at the controls; not clear on this evidence why the local police have called in the feds

Reading between the lines: A student pilot from Jordan with a Muslim sounding name intentionally crashed a plane and was probably targeting the a quasi military target the Pratt Whitney Aircraft site. The instructor is from Albania and may or may not be a hero who made sure the plane did not hit the intended target or may have been part of the plot but survived.

The media and Gov are refusing to call it an Islamic terrorist attack in order to help Hillary win the election since her open borders private policy would be less popular if there was an Oct Islamic terrorist attack.

This is the first time that a small plane was used to try to hit a building in a terrorist attack and the media has swept it under the rug to make sure it does not impact the election and hurt Hillary’s chances. Our gov and media will not tell the truth and can not be trusted.
