Police say a Southern California resident who heard noises in his backyard went outside and found a man in his hot tub.
The Ventura County Star reports that the resident confronted the intruder, who ran off late Tuesday.
Ventura police found the suspect on the roof of a neighboring house. The 47-year-old man was arrested without incident on suspicion of prowling.
The suspect, described by officials as a transient, could face other charges including parole violation and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

How many Hollywood movies have glorified teenagers using their neighbors’ swimming pools and hot tubs? And of course these movies were a good excuse to show many naked bodies. Well, maybe this guy watched movies and got the wrong idea. At least he was clean when arrested.
If it had been a naked Woman, there would have been n Problem at least not for me.
Maybe this guy should be sentenced to several thousand hours of community service. That might be better than giving him time to relax in a jail cell.
