A West Virginia man accused of sexually assaulting a 9-month-old baby is now charged with murder in the child’s death.
Media outlets report 32-year-old Benjamin Taylor of Cottageville was charged with first-degree murder after the girl died of her injuries at a hospital Wednesday. Taylor is the boyfriend of the victim’s mother, but isn’t the child’s father.
He was initially charged Monday with first-degree sexual assault.
A criminal complaint shows the baby had extensive bleeding. The complaint says the injuries indicated a violent sexual assault, as well as shaking or striking of the face.
Taylor told deputies he took the baby to the basement of an apartment while doing laundry. He said he “blacked out” and didn’t know how the baby’s injuries occurred.
It’s unclear whether Taylor has an attorney.

There was a man and woman who allowed him to do the same to her 3mo. old daughter several years ago in the St. Louis area several years ago. I remember because I have a granddaughter the same age. Another example of how low the human race has stooped

Some of these girls just get a boyfriend because he is supporting her and the only thing she cares is him even if she has a baby from another man she will ignore the baby just to try to keep her man. I knew one that had 4 kids and each kid had a different father and the state took the kids from her because every time she met a guy she ignored the kids now every kid is with the corresponding father because the government wont let her take custody of the kids. Every time she goes in heat with another man she dont even feed the kids just to be with the new guy. These people should never be allowed to bring children into this world

Unfortunately, no death penalty in West Virginia. So he’ll be in prison until he dies of natural causes. Hopefully there is an inmate by that name?
There undoubtedly will be, unless the prisoners all belong to the cult that allows the rape of babies.
