Hillary Clinton pal and supporter, Democratic Attorney General Eric Schniederman, has ordered the Trump Foundation to immediately stop fundraising in the state, saying it isn’t registered to do so.
The Horn News reported last week that Schniederman had been attacking Donald Trump’s charity, and now he has officially released the dogs. The cease-and-desist order prohibits the charity from soliciting charity donations in the state.
James Sheehan with the attorney general’s office says failure to stop immediately and answer demands for all delinquent financial reports within 15 days “shall be deemed a continuing fraud upon the people of the state of New York.”
Schneiderman has been investigating the Republican presidential nominee’s foundation following media reports that foundation spending personally benefited the candidate.
Even though reports of the Clintons personally benefiting from their foundation are much more widespread, Schneiderman is going after Trump’s charity and turning a blind eye to any questionable dealings of his political allies.
The attorney general’s office says the law requires a different registration than the foundation has for those that solicit more than $25,000 a year from the public.
The Trump campaign says the foundation intends to cooperate with the investigation.

Any thing to stop Trump from raising money. But Hillary can do anything illegal without consequences. Just more corrupt actions by the agencies controlled by the Democrats. I believe the underbelly of our nation is finally showing. For years, there has been a group of wealthy people running this country. Now they have come out of hiding and are flat out trying to publicly manipulate and orchestrate everything in our government. I know this sounds like a conspiracy, that’s because it is.
