Former Vice President Al Gore’s daughter and other activists are due back in court after being arrested during a natural gas pipeline protest in Boston.
Karenna Gore, activist Tim DeChristopher and four others are expected to appear Friday in Boston Municipal Court after pleading not guilty to misdemeanor charges of trespassing, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace following the June 29 protest.
They were among 23 protesters arrested for trying to block construction of Spectra Energy’s West Roxbury Lateral pipeline by lying in a trench and refusing to move.
Several of the protesters struck deals to have their charges reduced to civil infractions or to serve probation. Gore and the others declined.
Houston-based Spectra Energy Corp. says the pipeline will provide a reliable energy source to the region.

As of 2007 when Vice-President Gore completed renovations to make his Nashville, Tennessee home more energy efficient, the former Vice-President consumes about $43,000 each year in electricity, and Natural Gas. This is not counting his use of Jet Fuel and other forms of energy for transportation, or the nice cozy fire that Al Gore the Sex Kitten undoubtedly keeps going in his bedroom when he is getting another one of his $800 massages.

First question, does Gore and the other protestors live in the area that was going to benefit from the pipeline? It’s easy for people to try to force their beliefs on other people rather than living under those opinions themselves.
It would be interesting to know how Ms. Gore heats her home and powers her car. Does she use natural gas, propane or electricity created by a fossil fuel power plant? Natural gas is supposedly a clean form of energy. It’s hard to believe that environmentalists are opposed to natural gas. Maybe the real issue is Ms. Gore and her fellow troublemakers just want to deprive people of the ability to stay warm in the winter. Hopefully the judge will make an example of these protestors.
I believe the bottom line is: These are the individuals who will massively profit from the ‘Green Energy’ scams and ‘Global Warming’ hoax being perpetrated on America by the progressive/liberal left.
She and her fellow protesters were blocking construction by lying in a trench? And where were the guys with the bulldozers and backhoes, anyway? I mean, they could have finished filling in the trench AND taken care of the protesters at the same time. C’mon, people, think!
