Fresh off negotiating peace with Iran, President Donald Trump will turn his eyes home and institute a major shake-up in his Cabinet—but this personnel decisions could blow up one of the most important alliances in the history of modern politics.
One of the president’s most important advisors will soon be out, well-placed sources have claimed.
President Trump plans to get rid of Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr., according to rumors from one of RFK Jr.’s closest friends and allies.
Longtime friend and MAHA ally Dr. Robert W. Malone posted about a “very active rumor mill currently with specifics from senior USG (government) employees that RFK (Jr.) will be leaving as Secretary (of) HHS in July, after the 4th.”
RFK Jr.’s expulsion from the administration was “reportedly widely and openly discussed during last Wednesday’s Congressional baseball game,” held on June 10.
Malone cited a “rumor mill,” but he churned out specific details of Kennedy’s firing. “Meeting was apparently held last Monday,” said Malone in a June 12 social media post. After RFK Jr.’s removal, Trump would allegedly name Dr. Mehmet Oz to head transition team.”
Malone isn’t a random nobody slinging gossip around the water cooler. He has been one of Kennedy’s top supporters, as well as a major figures in the MAHA movement himself.

Malone, a pioneer of mRNA technology, got banned from social media after he spoke out forcefully about the side effects of the COVID-19 shot.
After the 2024 election, RFK had President Trump name Malone as vice chair of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, which advises the government on the safety and efficacy of vaccines.
Malone quit his post in March, saying old-line Republicans inside the administration created too much “drama,” and his ouster may have paved the way for things to come.
That won’t surprise readers of The Horn. We told you in April the MAGA-MAHA marriage has been shaky at times.
Is it really headed for divorce?
RFK Jr. ended his independent presidential bid and brought his movement aboard the Trump Train in 2024 in exchange for a free hand in HHS. But MAHA forces say Wall Street types inside the administration convinced the president to throw MAHA under the bus and sidle up to Big Pharma.
Kennedy and those in his orbit are privately outraged that President Trump decided to go easy on the pesticide glyphosate, sold commercially as Roundup, despite its documented history of potentially deadly side effects.
The GOP Establishment has been professionally assassinating MAHA figures for months.
President Trump demoted Kennedy’s handpicked assistants, Principal Deputy Chief of Staff Stefanie Spear and HHS General Counsel Mike Stuart, in February. Trump elevated pro-Pharma Chris Klomp as Kennedy’s new “babysitter,” according to Beltway sources.
At the same time, HHS Deputy Secretary Jim O’Neill, who was also acting director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and described by the media as “RFK Jr.’s right-hand man,” reportedly resigned under duress. So did MAHA-aligned Principal Deputy Director of the CDC Ralph Abraham.
That’s better than MAHA managed the first time out: President Trump couldn’t even get a vote on his first choice to lead the CDC, MAHA ally Dave Weldon.
Malone left in March. MAHA star and Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Marty Makary resigned in May.
At this point, RFK Jr. is “more of a figurehead” than a department leader, according to a Kennedy ally.
The permanent bureaucrats who staff federal agencies say privately they aren’t sweating out RFK’s leadership anymore. “It definitely feels better than it did a year ago,” one official told Politico.
If that weren’t enough, liberals want to impeach Kennedy. Rep. Haley Stevens, D-Mich., introduced articles of impeachment against Kennedy last fall, calling him “unfit to serve.”
The Beltway elite, on the take from Big Pharma, can’t handle the major changes RFK Jr. has made during his short time as HHS secretary.
Kennedy personally turned the food pyramid upside-down, returning to the way people ate before the federal government’s regulation got captured by corporations trying to sell additives and preservatives. Last month, RFK Jr. revealed he killed Biden-era plans to adopt 453 pages of nutritional guidelines “crafted by lobbyists and driven by the same mercantile impulses that had put Froot Loops at the top of the food pyramid.”
He got several medical schools to teach the importance of nutrition to future doctors.
He changed the number of vaccines promoted by the federal government, although all previously released vaccines remain available by request, and he keeps talking about vaccine injuries.
This week, he called on hospitals to list their prices openly, so people can comparison shop, like any other industry.
And his message is starting to remake the GOP. “The party of business is now chock-full of voters who distrust food and pharmaceutical companies and want to regulate them,” reported Politico in an April story titled “RFK Jr. has turned corporate America’s name to mud, POLITICO Poll finds.”
And he threatens to blow the lid off much, much deeper secrets. In 2012, Kennedy asked Barack Obama to release all the files on his father’s 1968 assassination.
The party’s Big Business wing and the Deep State can’t have that. So, like a bad horror movie, the real attacks on “Bobby” Kennedy and his faction within the Trump administration are coming from inside the GOP, from one of the president’s unofficial advisors.
Health care chaos. Reckless cuts. Rising costs. Michiganders and families across the country are paying the price for RFK Jr.’s agenda. Enough is enough, which is why I’m drafting articles of impeachment against @SecKennedy

The Horn told you controversial influencer and Trump acquaintance Laura Loomer had declared war on MAHA, claiming that Malone and Spears secretly plotted to use their time in the administration “to try and lay the groundwork for a 2028 RFK presidential run.”
Trump’s decision to trust Loomer may have blown up the MAGA-MAHA alliance and made her prediction of a Kennedy presidential run a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Last September the party RFK Jr. formed for his 2024 presidential bid, the We The People Party, came out of hibernation. Party Chairman Levi Leathberry promised, “We will be able to run national candidates” by 2028.
If he’s frozen out of the administration, the 72-year-old RFK Jr. may decide it’s time to take his final political stand in the 2028 presidential election.
MAHA is already testing its political muscle, endorsing candidates like Zach Lahn, who won the Republican nomination for governor of Iowa in the primaries.
RFK Jr. is barnstorming the country’s swing districts, campaigning for vulnerable Republicans nationwide, building his own political brand—and racking up political favors.
His political rise may have thrown a scare into the administration.
“This is utterly false,” replied the HHS’s official response account to Malone’s message.
But Malone held to his original story. “Given the pattern” of freezing out MAHA advocates, “I am not ready to concede the strong possibility the July will see transition to a new Secretary.”
Whatever happens, RFK Jr. isn’t going anywhere, said his wife, Cheryl Hines. “You don’t need to worry about Bobby. He is stronger than ever and he will continue the fight,” she said.
If Trump has rethought letting Kennedy go, that’s good news for him and for America.
This is utterly false. https://t.co/IteVjTIn29

President Trump formed a people-focused political alliance with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. that won every swing state in America in 2024, promising to take down the corporations that fired us for refusing their shots, possibly injured those who took them, and silenced everyone who dared to question them on social media for years.
It would be a huge mistake to throw RFK Jr. overboard in favor of the same Bush-Romney Republicans trying to destroy him—and who keep losing to Democrats dedicated to destroying America.
