“On the Holmes Front” with Frank Holmes
For years, Democrats and their puppets in the legacy media have insisted conservative allegations that foreigners vote in U.S. elections “never happens.”
That leftist lie just blew up in a huge way in the most crucial swing state in all of American history.
The top election official in the state of Ohio has found an enormous number of foreigners who were not only registered to vote but may have actually cast ballots in several national elections.
He’s asking the Trump administration to send any lawbreakers to jail for meddling in our elections.
Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, a Republican, found more than 1,084 cases of people who are not American citizens registered to vote in Ohio—and many who actually did vote in U.S. elections.
LaRose cross-checked the state Bureau of Motor Vehicle records against the Department of Homeland Security’s federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements database and other federal records and discovered 167 foreign nationals who appeared to have cast ballots in the last four federal elections in 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024.
Believe it or not, that’s just the blue-tinged tip of the Democrats’ election fraud iceberg.
In official documents sent to the Trump administration on Tuesday, LarRose referred almost 1,200 accused criminals to the U.S. Department of Justice. That includes 135 more criminal referrals for people who broke other state election laws.
LaRose asked the DOJ to bust 99 people who seem to have voted in two states during the same election, 16 voters who voted more than once in Ohio, 14 people whose corpses somehow voted after they were dead, four individuals who carried out the sick left-wing fraud of ballot harvesting, and two more people who registered somewhere they don’t live or don’t have the right to use as a registration address.
The Republican implied that Democratic officials in the red state of Ohio had no interest in punishing voter fraud—and that President Trump and Ohio’s J.D. Vance brought all that to an end. While he had asked local officials to prosecute numerous cases in the past, his referrals had “encountered varying degrees of adjudication from Ohio’s 88 county prosecutors. We now have an executive administration at the White House and the Department of Justice that has expressed an interest in actively reviewing and potentially prosecuting evidence of federal election crimes,” he said.
LaRose added that, by trying to prosecute voter fraud, he’s “making sure that people know that we take election violations seriously in Ohio and that if you break the law, there will be consequences for doing so.”
Ohio isn’t the only state with this problem. In Texas, Secretary of State Jane Nelson announced on Monday that she had uncovered 2,724 potential noncitizens registered to vote in the Lone Star State. That’s a bigger number but a smaller proportion of voters in Texas—which has a population of 31 million, compared to 11 million Buckeyes.
But as The Horn has reported, the problem of illegals voting in U.S. elections is an enormous problem plaguing every one of the 50 states.
Last November, when Democratic Senator Bob Casey finally lost his seat to Republican Dave McCormick, Casey begged election officials to count ineligible ballots—which included fraudulent ballots cast by foreigners. But then, that’s nothing new in the new swing state: Pennsylvania admitted in 2017 that 544 noncitizens had illegally voted in elections.
And blue states keep trying to create more left-wing ballots from illegal aliens or visa holders.
The Democratic Party senate candidate in Pennsylvania is trying to change the outcome of the election by counting NON-CITIZEN votes, which is illegal.
That has been their goal all along. They are just flat-out openly doing crime now. https://t.co/HcUlRdI6A1

As The Horn reported in January 2023, Colorado confessed that election officials had mailed voting registration information to 31,093 noncitizens.
It’s a humongous problem—and it’s all by Democratic design.
As I explained in The Horn last year, President Bill Clinton signed a bill in 1993 that forces state officials to ask anyone who applies for a driver’s license if they’d like to register to vote—but it doesn’t require them to make sure the person is a legal U.S. citizen.
Every fraudulent vote wipes out a ballot cast by an American citizen—and it can have big impact on elections.
Since 1992, an incredible 676 U.S. elections have ended in a dead heat: an absolute tie, according to a list of cases tabulated by the Public Interest Legal Foundation .
Another 191 elections literally hung on just one vote.
That includes 22 local elections in 2025—from Alabama, Texas, Louisiana, and Missouri to California, New Jersey, Illinois, Maine, and Pennsylvania.
One Ohio election also deadlocked in 2025, the database shows.
“These elections illustrate that one illegal vote or error can affect the outcome of an election,” wrote PILF.
How many Ohio elections would have been overturned by almost 1,100 votes? Or should we ask, how many elections have already been overturned by almost 1,100 illegal votes? How many Democrats hold office because of foreign votes?
President Trump knows better than anyone how good candidates lose elections due to election fraud. Every American needs to support him as he puts efforts into cleaning up voter rolls into overdrive in the next three years. Our idea of a government of, by, and for the people depends on it.
