Former first lady Jill Biden has reportedly been noticeably absent from her husband Joe’s side, despite a rash of major health issues that have left the former president in need of physical help.
Last week, images of Joe Biden donning a massive head wound sparked new fears about the former president’s waning health.

Viral footage shared on social media showed the now 82-year-old Biden with a noticeably red wound across the front of his head while leaving church in his home state of Delaware last week.
The massive scar was the aftermath of undergoing Mohs surgery to deal with skin cancer.
The procedure removes layers of skin until all the cancerous cells are eliminated, per the Mayo Clinic.
It is not clear when Biden received the surgery, though he had been spotted with the injury last month as well while attending the funeral of former Delaware Gov. and Rep. Mike Castle.
However, what was initially not reported was why Jill Biden was not with her husband during the sighting.
According to reports, it turns out that Jill Biden practically abandoned her husband.
Per a report from The New York Post, Jill Biden headed to a spin class a few miles away in southeastern Pennsylvania just hours after her husband was seen with the grisly scar.
She was spotted wearing a souvenir t-shirt from the US Virgin Islands that proclaimed “Seas the Day” — along with star-spangled lycra leggings — as the 74-year-old left a fitness studio called Cycology, according to the report.
Unfortunately for Joe, this is not the first time that his wife has been absent from his side.
In late August, Biden was also captured exhibiting serious signs of physical decline while attending the funeral of former Delaware Gov. and Congressman Mike Castle.
A video captured at Castle’s funeral shows Biden moving with an extremely slow gait, appearing to need assistance from his sister just to walk.
Jill Biden was nowhere to be found.

The latest footage and absence from his wife comes as the former president is dealing with a rash of on-going health issues.
According to reports, Biden previously had a cancerous skin lesion removed from his chest after a physical in February 2023, which turned out to be basal cell carcinoma.
While Biden’s latest procedure being somewhat benign, it continues to fuel speculation that Biden’s health has been deteriorating for a number of years.
Biden was also diagnosed in May with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer that has since spread to his bones.
Doctors found a “small nodule” on Biden’s prostate and other cancer cells during a medical exam — a Stage 4 diagnosis that went undetected and undisclosed by his medical team in the White House.
The former president’s longtime physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, had declared he was “fit to serve” in February 2024 following his routine examination that month.
Later that year, Biden faced a firestorm over his cognitive abilities following his disastrous debate performance against President Trump in June 2024.
As for Jill Biden, experts have speculated that she knew much more about her husband’s health than she let on.
As previously reported by The Horn News, Leo Terrell, who currently serves as an official in the Civil Rights Division in the U.S. Department of Justice, called out Jill Biden over social media for alleged “elder abuse” following news of her husband’s cancer diagnosis.
Terrell took note of a social media post from political commentator Ian Jaeger, who suggested Dr. (of Education) Jill knew about both Biden’s mental and physical deteriorating health, and still pushed him to run a grueling presidential campaign he ultimately had to withdraw from because his cognitive issues became too serious to hide.
Terrell shared the post, adding his own commentary: “Elder abuse! Criminal charges?”

“She knew about President Biden’s health problems. But still wanted him to run for President,” Jaeger wrote on his X feed. “Evil.”
