As news of the shocking prostate cancer diagnosis of former President Joe Biden continues to unfold, many political and medical insiders are saying that Biden’s health problems were covered up by those closest to him.
While the former president says he is in good spirits despite the aggressive diagnosis, officials now want to talk to his wife, Jill Biden, about what she knew.
One Justice Department official has even said Jill Biden could be facing criminal charges for conspiring to cover up her husband’s cancer diagnosis.
Leo Terrell, who currently serves as an official in the Civil Rights Division in the U.S. Department of Justice, called out Jill Biden over social media for alleged “elder abuse” following news of her husband’s cancer diagnosis.
Terrell took note of a social media post from political commentator Ian Jaeger, who suggested Dr. (of Education) Jill knew about both Biden’s mental and physical deteriorating health, and still pushed him to run a grueling presidential campaign he ultimately had to withdraw from because his cognitive issues became too serious to hide.
“She knew about President Biden’s health problems. But still wanted him to run for President,” Jaeger wrote on his X feed. “Evil.”
Terrell shared the post, adding his own commentary: “Elder abuse! Criminal charges?”

Jill Biden was one of Joe’s most vocal supporters, and was one the last holdouts in his inner circle that made him to stay in the presidential race after a very public debate debacle against President Trump.
As for specific charges of elder abuse, that’s where things do get tricky.
Elder abuse can include financial exploitation, of course: Coercing or manipulating an elderly person, especially one who is sick or vulnerable, into actions that benefit the abuser financially is illegal.
While the Biden family was doing quite well in a grift that featured Joe, Hunter, and the former President’s brother James, along with executing a number of pre-emptive pardons of several family members, their income tap has since turned off since leaving office.
Still, it would be very difficult from a legal perspective to “prove” elder abuse.
Legal experts say that one of the first necessary questions would be to what extent Jill Biden knew of her husband’s health issues, which again, would be hard to prove.
Former aides are claiming they just found out about the aggressive form of cancer, despite medical experts saying it would have taken years to develop to the stage where it had metastasized to his bones.
As previously reported by The Horn News, top urologist Dr. David Samadi revealed in an interview with Megyn Kelly that one specific detail in Biden’s announcement proves the condition was almost certainly diagnosed years before it was publicly revealed.
“This has been cooking for many years, and someone like him, he’s had at least 30 to 40 years of PSA history,” Dr. Samadi explained on “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast, pointing to the statement that Biden’s cancer is “hormone sensitive” as evidence that cannot be determined within the brief timeframe suggested by the official announcement.
However, it appears that she knew about his cognitive issues well ahead of time. Reports surfaced before the election that Jill sat in on cabinet meetings despite not being a cabinet member, with many speculating she had to because Joe was not able to function.
Even after the disaster of a debate, Jill continued to encourage Joe to move forward, including a cringeworthy appearance at a post-debate rally.
“Joe, you did such a good job. You answered every question, you knew all the facts,” Mrs. Biden shouted to the President.
Again, charges of elder abuse seem very unlikely. But it does raise the question: How much did Jill know about Joe’s deteriorating health… and how much did she actually care?
