Kamala Harris drunk at every White House meeting, says JD Vance

Vice President JD Vance took a shot at his predecessor, Kamala Harris, and rumors of her drinking during a radio interview Thursday.

Actually, he took four shots.

That’s how much vodka Harris drank before official meetings, Vance said. She needed liquor to deliver her notorious “word salads.”

Vince Coglianese, editorial director of the conservative news outlet The Daily Caller, asked how Vance’s approached the vice presidency differently from Harris.

“Well, I don’t have four shots of vodka before every meeting,” Vance said with a laugh while on Coglianese’s “The Vince Show.”

“That’s one way that I think Kamala really tried to bring herself into the role, is these word salads,” Vance continued. “And I think that I would need the help of a lot of alcohol to answer a question like Kamala Harris answered a question.”

The Trump War Room X account quickly promoted the exchange, calling it a “MIC DROP from @VP.”

Vance went on to say there was a lack of trust between the public and the previous administration.

“I mean, look, man, I don’t know, my sense is, and this is a little bit of guesswork. Obviously, I don’t talk to Kamala Harris or Joe Biden very often, but my sense is that there wasn’t a level of trust between Biden and Harris,” Vance said.

Harris, 60, became known during her vice presidency for delivering lengthy, nonsense answers to straightforward questions.

That hasn’t stopped. Her recent appearance at an AI conference in Las Vegas on March 9 sparked social media controversy when she gave a winding anecdote about ordering Doritos through DoorDash while watching the Oscars.

“We did DoorDash ’cause I wanted Doritos. And the red carpet part was about to start and nobody wanted to leave to go to the grocery store. So it was DoorDash … So I was willing to give up whatever might be the tracking of Kamala Harris’ particular fondness for nacho cheese Doritos for the sake of getting a big bag of Doritos as I watched the Oscars,” Harris said before transitioning to consumer rights in AI.

Social media users claimed Harris appeared to be “three glasses of wines deep” before giving the rambling answer.

In February, Harris also delivered meandering remarks to the cast of Broadway’s “A Wonderful World: The Louis Armstrong Musical” that critics blasted as a sign she had been drinking.

“When we think about these moments where we see things that are being taken, but also let’s see it, you know, nature abhors a vacuum,” Harris told the cast. “We’re seeing a U-turn right now. For those rights to be maintained which means we have to be vigilant. It’s just the nature of it.”

While Harris has not announced her future political plans, she is widely expected to run for governor of California in 2026 and has reportedly set a self-imposed deadline of the end of summer to make her decision.

Neither Harris nor her representatives have responded to Vance’s comments as of press time.
