Bret Baier has maintained a home in Palm Beach, Florida, since 2022.
Then on Friday, the Fox News star has sold the house for $13.49 million, $1.49 million more than the purchase price.
Baier and his wife Amy bought the house from fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger, the very first owner of the three-year-old property.
Hilfiger had bought it in 2021 for $9 million, records show.
The two-story, stucco house sits in the Near North End, inland near the Palm Beach Country Club. It includes luxuries like an elevator, an outdoor grill, a wine refrigerator and a covered loggia, Zillow says.
The Palm Beach Daily News first reported the sale. Now, public databases like Zillow have recorded it, too, but the identity of the new owner remains unconfirmed as of Wednesday.
Baier, 53, moved to Florida full-time with his wife Amy and their teenage sons.
However, he still wants to keep a living space near his workplace in the nation’s capital, he told the Wall Street Journal in October.
At the time, Baier was listing his house in the Foxhall neighborhood of Washington, D.C., and the asking price would reportedly have set a sales record for the District of Columbia.
Baier hosts Special Report on weekdays. It remains unclear whether he will remain in Palm Beach full-time after selling.
Fox News co-star Sean Hannity has also moved to Florida full-time. He announced his move earlier this month.
Take a look at Baier’s recent sale… and his old house in Washington.
