Nationals player Max Scherzer made a young boys Met fan’s day when he played catch with the boy in the stands prior to a game.

Mets fans love to hate Scherzer, who pitched a no-hitter at Citi Field last October.

The Mets beat the Nationals 2-0 in Tuesday’s game.
