House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats have made one issue the top priority for the next year: Impeachment.
President Donald Trump has a plan to beat it — and there’s nothing the Democrats can do.
Even if he’s impeached and convicted, Trump has a plan to stay in office for one, or maybe even four more years.
Pelosi could “win” on impeachment — and still lose to Donald Trump.

As incredible as it sounds, it’s all in the Constitution.
Because impeachment doesn’t automatically remove a president from office.
Pelosi’s “impeachment inquiry” is a sham, because she called it without holding a vote of the full House of Representatives. But if The Squad pushes her to hold a vote, the Democrat-controlled House would pass impeachment on the first vote.
It’s even possible—just barely possible—than enough Senate Never-Trumpers like Mitt Romney would even vote to convict the president.
And it’s way more than possible that some Obama-appointed judge, or a five-judge majority of the Supreme Court, would uphold the charade.
President Trump could be impeached and convicted… and stay in office, anyway.
[Sponsored] #1 indicator of your age (not what you think)If he’s impeached, could Trump pardon himself? No, that’s impossible.
The Constitution says the president has the “power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.” So it’s clear that Trump can’t do anything to stop Congress from impeaching or convicting him.
But being convicted doesn’t mean that he’s going to leave office.
Nancy Pelosi and her Hate-Trump crew don’t realize that impeachment isn’t the same as disqualification.
Under the Constitution, if the president is impeached, then Congress has to have another vote on “removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office.”
This sounds a little complicated, but it’s really easy to understand once you break it down.

Think of impeachment like a trial. The House impeachment vote is the Grand Jury phase, where they’re trying to decide whether there’s enough evidence that a crime took place. You only need a majority to impeach and send the charges to trial.
The Senate vote is like a courtroom trial—but unlike a jury, which has to unanimous, for impeachment you only need two-thirds of the Senate to convict.
But that’s not the end of the story. After that comes the sentencing phase.
That’s what a “disqualification” vote is: it says that politicians who have been convicted of high crimes and misdemeanors have to be taken out of office. Sometimes, they can’t run for office again. You need another majority vote for that.
Here’s what’s really incredible—in all American history, only 17 people have ever been impeached of anything.
Only 14 of those went to trial, and the Senate only convicted eight of those people.

But here’s the kicker: The Senate only voted to disqualify three of those people from office.
So, only three people in American history were ever banned from running for office again.
Just ask Alcee Hastings, a Democrat federal judge who got impeached and removed from office for bribery.
Now, Al Hastings is a congressman from Florida… because no one ever voted on disqualification.
Yes, the Democrats will let a judge who was impeached and convicted of bribery vote on impeaching Donald Trump!
But the Democrats’ hypocrisy may just benefit the president the hate more than any politician in history.
Sponsored: Why Trump will win in 2020
In the unlikely scenario that even if Trump is impeached AND convicted, he could just run for office again in 2020 and win a second term!
Imagine if Trump is the Republican presidential nominee, then Congress bans him from running for office—in the middle of an election!
Even liberal law professors say the Democrats won’t want to pull that—especially Democrats from blue states. Ohio State University law professor William Foley says Congress might impeach Trump and then let voters “decide whether Trump… should have another chance.”
And if the American people think the president got shafted during this make-believe impeachment hearing… if they think the Deep State launched its investigation to keep Trump from building the border wall, draining the Swamp, and fixing America’s economy like they voted for… they might just give Donald Trump another turn in 2020.
Pelosi could impeach Trump and still spend the next four years sucking her dentures behind him at the State of the Union address!
We can’t wait to see the Democrats lose all over again. We just hope they spare us the impeachment sham.
