A mother and her three young daughters were viciously stabbed by a Muslim man outside the women’s apartment in a resort town in the French Alps, leaving one little girl fighting for her life.
The attack allegedly occurred because the women were dressed in a way the suspect, a 37-year-old Moroccan man, considered inappropriate according to Ladaphine.com.
“Jean-Marc Duprat, a deputy mayor for the town of Laragne-Monteglin in the Hautes-Alpes region, says the mother and her girls, aged 8, 12 and 14, were vacationing at a nearby resort when the man attacked them Tuesday morning. He said the man, who is not related to them, was upset they were wearing shorts and T-shirts,” CBS News reported.
One of the girls, an 8-year-old, remains in critical condition at a local hospital. The mother and the other two girls are expected to survive.
According to The Metro, “Amaury Navarranne from the regional council said: ‘The religious motive of the attack is in no doubt.'”

People pay extra money to go to these resorts. I guess the resort owners are going to have to hire extra security to make sure that no Muslims are allowed. Yes it would be profiling. Maybe they could offer pork sandwiches at the resort gates and refuse entrance to anyone refusing to eat the pork? My guess is that this Muslim man was a low-paid worker at the resort. In that case they need to screen employees a lot better.
