Two more staffers are leaving Vice President Kamala Harris, according to a bombshell report from the Washington Post.
Administration officials have received resignation notices from Peter Velz and Vince Evans, respectively the director of press operation and the deputy director of public engagement.
Velz and Evans are planning their exists right after both the departure of communications director Ashley Etienne… and the high-profile resignation of chief spokesperson Symone D. Sanders.
Harris has now lost four staffers in four weeks, and the turnover shows no signs of slowing.

After the Post report, Axios tapped some officials in the vice president’s office. The Harris staffers confirmed the rumors, and they added some shocking details.
Some Harris employees want to distance themselves themselves from Harris in order to protect their careers, Axios reported on Friday.
According to Axios, some Harris staffers want to work on a re-election campaign for President Joe Biden, not another presidential campaign for Harris. If Harris runs against Biden, then these staffers might find themselves stuck.
Velz and Evans are expected to take jobs in or near Biden’s White House, according to the Post.
Washington staffers often quit in droves after the first year, due to exhaustion. Some Harris insiders privately spoke about burnout in the interview with Axios.

Biden’s staff, like Harris’s staff, will probably suffer an overhaul next year. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told CNN in May that she would resign in early 2022.
Still, Biden’s White House has presented a unified front, and Harris’s office is fracturing in front of the whole country.
And the communication professionals — who could help Harris with her P.R. problem — are already on their way out.
