President Donald Trump on Tuesday abruptly ended an interview with CBS News’ “60 Minutes” that is set to air this Sunday.
He wasn’t happy about the way he was questioned — and he’s threatening to pull the rug out from under their exclusive, which airs Sunday.
Trump’s interview with Leslie Stahl didn’t end happily, according to insiders.
In a subsequent Twitter message, the president declared his interview with Lesley Stahl to be “FAKE and BIASED.”
He also threatened to release footage of the interview early “for the sake of accuracy in reporting.” The move would be a serious blow to the network’s ratings.
Trump’s Democratic rival, Joe Biden, sat for his own interview with the award-winning newsmagazine on Monday.
Trump said that Biden’s treatment by the network was completely different than him, and urged voters to compare the two interviews.

So far, no footage has emerged.
CBS News is still expected to release the interview on Sunday.
Immediately after the “60 Minutes” interview, Trump held an interview with America This Week that was much calmer.
This isn’t the first time Trump has clashed with “60 Minutes.” His contentious interview with editor Scott Pelley as a Republican presidential candidate during the primary in 2015 went viral.
