Top Democrat facing jail time after viral video stunt

President Donald Trump isn’t known for mincing words—and he just laid down the law to a growing number of people on the far Left who are running roughshod over the rule of law.

The Trump administration is cracking down on Democrats behaving badly—and warning the most beloved darling in its party she could go to jail for a felony.

The escalating war of words began last week, when Reps. LaMonica McIver, Bonnie Watson Coleman, and Rob Menendez—all New Jersey Democrats— tried to storm a facility in Newark, New Jersey, allegedly while exercising “oversight.”

The facility, run by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), houses illegal aliens.

None of these politicians had a national profile until they tried to storm the Delaney Hall Detention Center in Newark—and some Democrats may think this is the way to

Instead of apologizing, they went on CNN on Sunday, defended their actions, and blamed the victim.

“There were a lot of opportunities for DHS, for ICE to de-escalate the situation. They chose not to,” said Rob Menendez, the son of disgraced former U.S. Senator Bob Menendez.

“The idea we ‘stormed’ a heavily guarded federal detention center is absurd,” said Watson Coleman.

But the video shows a different story: Democrats man-handle, bump into, and body-check guards who refused to let them inside the facility.

In the end, authorities let the congressmen get off with a warning—but arrested Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, also a Democrat.

While Republicans are bringing back law and order to our country, Democrats are busy assaulting ICE officers and breaking into detention facilities.

On Sunday night, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, from just over the river in the Bronx, posted an Instagram video defending her fellow Democrats—and warning she would take legal action against the Trump administration if it enforced the law.

“If anyone’s breaking the law in this situation, it’s not members of Congress,” claimed AOC, “it’s the Department of Homeland Security” agents who kept the Democrats from prying their way into the secure building!

The real lawbreakers to AOC are the law-keepers, “people like Tom Homan and Secretary Kristi Noem,” she said. Then Ocasio-Cortez warned the Trump administration it had been too hands-on with the Democrats, warning, “You lay a finger on any member of Congress, we are going to have a problem.”

Republicans were outraged. “They shouldn’t break the law,” one commentator shot back.

But the Trump administration wasn’t just outraged—it promised to take firm action against her, pronto.

AOC: “If anyone is breaking the law in this situation, it’s not members of Congress, it’s the department of homeland security! It’s people like Tom Homan & Secretary Kristi Noem.“

The Trump administration sent AOC a message, not on social media, but through multiple channels of the federal government that, if she wanted to break the law, she would end up in a jail cell.

On Monday, the Trump administration started warning others not to follow their lead.

Tricia McLaughlin, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Public Affairs, told Fox Business that agents would not hesitate to arrest and charge AOC if she pulls “the same kind of stunt.”

One day later, Border Czar Tom Homan had a blunt message for Ocasio-Cortez: “You can‘t intimidate me. Come on, give me a break!”

Homan told CNN, “I was a…Border Patrol agent for five years before she was even born. I had more than three decades enforcing immigration law before she became a member of Congress.”

Homan said she can say anything she wants, but if she starts storming buildings, she’ll pay the price.

“You can support sanctuary cities. Shame on you! But you can‘t cross the line,” said Homan. “You can‘t knowingly impede ICE law enforcement officers.”

“That is a felony,” he clarified.

Republicans in the second Trump administration have sent the message that no one is getting away with breaking the law anymore…including the three New Jersey Democrats in question.

Rep. Earl “Buddy” Carter, R-Ga., introduced a resolution this week to throw all three New Jersey Democrats off their committees. McIver sits not only on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee but also—believe it or not—the Homeland Security Committee.

Law enforcement agents already arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan for helping an illegal alien escape U.S. immigration authorities in her courthouse. She pled not guilty earlier this week.

AOC thought her youth, bartender skills, and huge social media following put her above the law. But since January 20, there’s a new sheriff in town—and even Washington, D.C., ain’t big enough for both of them.
