Joe Biden and his clan threw an extravagant Thanksgiving bash inside a billionaire’s home this year—but the latest political event is so bad that, at 81, Joe Biden may be literally and figuratively whistling past the graveyard.
It’s not just one problem—it’s four, and counting.
They’re Joe Manchin, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Cornel West, and Jill Stein—the Democrats and other leftists who have decided to run against Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential election.
They’re dividing the Democratic vote even as Republicans back President Donald Trump…and Joe Biden knows he might never survive.
Biden and Kamala Harris have so angered most Americans that a majority of voters want new presidential candidates for 2024, according to a new Quinnipiac poll—including two-thirds of young voters age 18 to 35.
Weakness invites opposition…and Joe Biden has a growing list of third-party and independent challengers cutting into his already-waning support.
RFK Jr., West, and Stein are already splitting the vote on Biden’s Left.
Now, Senator Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., is running the same campaign Joe Biden ran in 2020: He’s presenting himself as the reasonable, competent centrist who will return America to normal.
Manchin, a West Virginia moderate, has said Washington has become so dysfunctional he’s strongly considering a third party presidential campaign next fall…and he’s already testing out his attacks against the president.
Joe Biden, who has added trillions to the U.S. deficit, investigated parents, and made transgender bathrooms his top policy goal? “That’s not the Joe Biden we thought we elected—to go that far Left,” Manchin told “Meet the Press” this month, before admitting he is “absolutely” considering a 2024 presidential candidacy.

The news was bad enough for Biden without Manchin in the race.

NBC’s latest poll shows Trump beating Biden by three percentage points, 46 percent to 44 percent.

And Joe Biden isn’t getting any traction. A new poll shows that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is beating both Biden and Trump among voters under the age of 45. RFK Jr. also wins the highest favorability ratings in a Harvard CAPS-Harris poll.
So, what happens when pollsters add a few independent candidates to the mix?
“With third-party and independent candidates Robert Kennedy Jr., Cornel West, and Jill Stein added to the ballot, Trump’s support decreases five points to 42%, Biden decreases seven points to 36%, while 7% support Kennedy, 1% West and Stein respectively. The share of undecided voters increases three points to 13%,” says Emerson College’s latest poll.

The Left is already so fractured that Joe Biden can’t get enough votes to win.
Enter Joe Manchin, who has flirted very openly with the independent party No Labels. In fact, Manchin already headlined an event with his likely running mate, liberal Republican Jon Huntsman, the former Utah governor who ran for president in 2008.
Another group wants to put Manchin on the ticket—as the vice president to fellow retiring U.S. Senator Mitt Romney, R-Utah.
Manchin would take the silver medal if the Draft Romney-Manchin Committee gets its way. “I’d say it’s a bipartisan ticket and a movement of independent citizens that have had enough,” said committee chair Jennifer Franks.

The idea of Manchin on an independent ticket of any kind has Democrats panicking. If Joe Manchin throws his hat into the ring in 2024, “it would make it much more likely Donald Trump would be president again,” said Democratic Senator Debbie Stabenow of Michigan.
While the Left falls apart, the Republican Party is all-in behind Trump, and a unified party usually beats a fractured party.
Just ask Hillary Clinton, who blamed part of her 2016 loss on Green Party candidate Jill Stein.
Ask Al Gore, who lost a razor-thin margin in Florida after Green Party candidate Ralph Nader sank his presidential hopes in 2000.
Ask George H.W. Bush in 1992, when Pat Buchanan and Ross Perot ran America First campaigns against the president who coined the term “New World Order.”
Ask William Howard Taft after Teddy Roosevelt split the Republican vote in 1912—electing Woodrow Wilson, who gave America the income tax and World War I.
Joe Biden—who was alive for all but one of those races—knows how they came out, and it has to have the president choking on his stuffing this Thanksgiving weekend.
To add insult to injury, a Fox News poll released last week said Joe Manchin stood a better chance of beating Donald Trump in a head-to-head match than any other Democrat on the national stage.
Maybe the Democrats should dump Biden and nominate the other Joe this year. Otherwise, Joe Manchin may be the candidate who brings his former party crashing to the ground—and Donald Trump rising from the ashes—in just over 11 months’ time.
