Robert F. Kennedy just dropped a Tucker Carlson nuke bomb

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dropped a bombshell on conservative activist Tucker Carlson’s show when he called for creating “a truth commission” to hold former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci accountable for his actions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kennedy also took time to praise Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s foreign policy transformation during a Monday interview with Carlson.

Speaking on “The Tucker Carlson Show,” Kennedy responded to Carlson’s claim that Fauci was “beyond the reach of the law” following his preemptive pardon by former President Joe Biden on January 20.

“Yeah, I think generally — unless there was a truth commission, which they did, and as you know, in South Africa, they did it in Central America after the 1980s wars there,” Kennedy said. “And they were very, very helpful to those societies. And I think we should probably do something like that now.”

Kennedy explained how such a commission would operate, drawing on legal precedents for post-chaos accountability.

“In those cases, what happens is you have a commission that hears testimony on what exactly happened. Anybody who comes and volunteers to testify truthfully is then given immunity from prosecution,” RFK, Jr. explained. “But so that at least the public knows who did what. And people who are called and don’t take that deal and perjure themselves, they then can be prosecuted criminally.”

Biden’s pardon of Fauci spans back to 2014, covering his tenure as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force and his time as chief medical advisor to Biden. Fauci has faced accusations of lying to Congress and evading Freedom of Information Act requests.

Fauci has maintained that COVID-19 was a “natural occurrence” and has disputed claims that the taxpayer-funded Chinese Wuhan Institute of Virology could have helped fund the creation of the virus. Experts have claimed that Fauci perjured himself multiple times during congressional testimony, including his claim that viruses he helped finance could not have become COVID-19.

“The viruses that were studied under the subawards to the Wuhan Institute … those viruses were phylogenetically so far removed from SARS-CoV-2 that it is molecularly impossible for those viruses to have evolved from SARS COV2,” Fauci testified to Congress in June 2024.

Former federal prosecutor Jim Trusty said that Fauci’s pardon could still leave him vulnerable to perjury charges.

“I think the biggest danger for him at this point won’t be some sort of substantive crime. It would be false statements. I mean, he’s already given inconsistent statements over the years. So getting him to kind of rehash that could lead to some exposure,” Trusty said on January 21.

“I’m not a huge fan of the substitute of like, perjury traps for actually substantive investigations. But … it’ll be interesting to see guys like Fauci, who have no Fifth Amendment privilege, having to endure some serious questioning,” Trusty continued.

During the same interview, Kennedy praised the evolution of Rubio from foreign policy hawk to alignment with Trump’s America First agenda. Rubio had developed a reputation as a Bush-era “neocon” but shifted his views as he grew closer to President Trump during the 2024 election cycle.

“Marco Rubio is the funniest guy in the cabinet. He says things that make people belly laugh at every cabinet meeting,” Kennedy said. “I never was very — let’s say — approving of Marco, because he was kind of a neocon war hawk. But now he’s had this incredible transformation.”

“I think he’s very aligned with me on most issues, on Ukraine, you know, and just the fact that we should not be the policeman of the world anymore, that we’ve got to, you know, we’ve got to withdraw from that,” Kennedy continued.

Rubio became Trump’s first Senate-confirmed cabinet nominee on January 20. He previously advocated for an interventionist-minded United States foreign policy that protects “freedom fighters” and democracies, according to a 2011 speech.

However, Rubio voted against a 2024 foreign aid package that included Ukraine funding, while maintaining his hawkish stance on China and Latin America. He has also supported a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, and has said that both sides must make concessions for the conflict to end.

During his January 15 confirmation hearing, Rubio emphasized the need for a strong approach to combat China’s economy and military, showing his continued tough stance on certain international threats while adopting a new,  restrained approach to globalist interventions.

He says that Trump would watch at least 3 different video clips of people before deciding if they were right for their position 😅
