Is first lady Jill Biden trying to have Vice President Kamala Harris removed from office?
Controversial rumors swirled on social media on Thursday that behind the scenes, Jill Biden was asking about invoking the 25th Amendment and having Harris removed as vice president over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Kamala Harris and her team are referring to Biden’s sinking poll numbers as “the Titanic” and trying to distance the vice president.
That’s according to conservative activist and Human Events senior editor Jack Posobiec, who circulated the rumor after reports of increased tensions between Harris and Biden’s team have surfaced.
Posobiec claims there’s not just tension — the two sides are trying to undermine each other.
“Kamala Harris and her team are referring to him as ‘The Titanic’ behind his back,” Posobiec claimed on social media. “I also got word that Jill Biden, over the weekend, was actually asking around if there’s anyway to remove a sitting vice president of the United States. That’s how bad it is in the White House.”

Although there are no substantiating reports to confirm the rumor, that didn’t stop the claim from quickly going viral on social media.
“Jill Biden is trying to overthrow democracy with this attempt to remove Kamala,” wrote one Twitter user.
“How about Treasury Secretary? Asking for a friend,” replied author Carol Roth.
“Days of our lives will be right back,” a user wrote about the alleged White House drama.
The rumors are based on credible reports of White House infighting that have emerged in recent months — reports that have gotten so vicious, some critics have asked if a “White House divorce” could be pending.
