The Democrats have been busy rolling out their new presidential ticket at the Democratic National Convention.
But former presidential candidate Newt Gingrich is predicting that it’s only a matter of time before the ticket of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif. unravels.
In fact, he’s forecasting a dramatic collapse in just six weeks — and he’s giving three reasons why.

Biden’s alleged cognitive decline
“First, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is clearly incapable of functioning as president.”
It’s no secret that Democrats are accused of keeping Biden away from the public. Critics have claimed he’s having noticable cognitive decline. In fact, some prominent voices in the Democratic camp don’t even want Biden to debate President Donald Trump.
“He is performing weaker and weaker with each passing week,” Gingrich wrote in a Fox News column. “Biden does not look like he is ready to lead. He is looking down like he wants to make sure he doesn’t fall down.”
Gingrich also noted a recent Rasmussen poll which showed that most Americans don’t think Biden will finish his presidency if elected.
“When nearly six out of every ten Americans think you are not likely to finish a four-year term, it is hardly an endorsement of your fitness.”

Harris would be the most disastrous Vice President since the 70s.
Gingrich is doubling down on the one major knock against Harris.
She’s been labeled by critics as a political flip flopper.
If you were to turn on the television just a summer ago, Harris was slamming Biden for his dismal record on race relations. Just a year later, heading towards the election, she has nothing but praise for Biden.
Gingrich sees this reflected in Harris’ entire political career, as she has reversed course on a number of core issues for political gain.
“If Biden is exhausted and hiding in a basement,” he said, “his running mate is energetically bouncing all over the place with no consistency or reliability.”
A Biden-Harris ticket is the most far-left ticket in American history.
Gingrich notes that while the names on the ballot may not seem like the most radical ticket, their individual policies say otherwise. Simply put, he says Americans won’t be fooled.
Gingrich charges that they aim to “destroy suburban neighborhoods,” use taxpayer dollars to fund abortion, hand over COVID-19 relief money to illegal immigrants, and approve door to door confiscation of firearms, among other sweeping reforms to change America.
“The list goes on, but these … alienating ideas give you some notion of how rapidly the support for Biden and Harris may fade,” he added.
These three reasons, Gingrich writes, will quickly turn this so-called “dream” ticket into a nightmare.
