The Freedom from Religion Foundation, an atheist organization, threatened the police department of Childress, Texas and demanded they remove the words “IN GOD WE TRUST” from their vehicles.

A LOT nicer than I ever could’ve been. And I hope he intentionally left out ‘with all due respect’, because the organization deserves none.
Our government has a lot to answer for. yes it is corrupt capitalism at work I guess. But I wouldn’t change what we have and the freedoms we are allowed for any other countries government. Yes we need reform . Yes we need to have a president that is not a traitor with his own out of office agenda. he has terrible things planned for our country when he leaves office. But I am thankful that so far we have the freedoms that no other country has except maybe England. We have the right to worship however we want. We have the right to walk down the street without our faces covered. Women have the right to vote and be equals in the board room.
Without our police and military we would be in chaos. Yes we need to weed out the bad apples in every department . We need honesty among those in any form of power . We as humans need to be considerate, loyal, honest, respectful, of each other. We need to be color blind. Not greedy, not violent, stop discriminating .
We as individuals have to stop hating,respect others freedoms of religeon, as long as it doesn’t promote hatred and violence to any one nationality. Blacks , whites, yellow,, browns, and reds are all built the same way. But starting and or promoting riots, wars, any attacks on human decent behavior is not acceptable.
Our government has to change how it spends money , how it can infringe on the basic human rights, be accountable . YES we need change but do without a government , do without police, do without military, those are the rantings of ignorance .The rantings of people that have no clue to what we have. If you are so unhappy move to Iran or be a help to change and reform. Not to eliminate everything this country is built on. FREEDOM

Good for this brave police chief!!! I for one am sick to death of these kinds of organizations trying to push their non-beliefs down our throats! Their shenanigans have caused the elimination of our beloved Christmas displays at our public buildings not to mention the elimination of our nation’s motto, “In God we trust” from places such as courthouses and other public domain buildings. Oh, and let’s not forget the removing “under God” from the Pledge of Allegiance. I would urge these fools to all join hands and collectively go to hell!
