Despite pushing back on on-going rumors and speculation that she and her husband Barack are heading towards divorce, former first lady Michelle Obama can’t seem to escape what everyone in the media is seeing.
That she and her husband simply aren’t what they used to be.
Among those who believe the truth about the Obamas is right in front of us?
Conservative stars Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson.
The two met on Kelly’s mega podcast late last week during which they discussed the Obamas and what they say is the reality that is too prevalent to ignore.
“She really dislikes her husband. Super obvious — I’m not just saying that to be catty, I’m trying to feel compassion for her. But her hostility towards the guy is, like, unbelievable,” Carlson told Kelly, who nodded in agreement.
“Everything’s negative!” Kelly said in agreement.
“One of the lessons I’ve always thought Michelle Obama’s life presented to the rest of us is: take some time to focus on your marriage,” Carlson said.
“They’re all about ‘I want a deal with Netflix’ and ‘I want a Kennedy Center’s honors award’ —- me me me me me — and they sort of miss the point, which is in a normal life, your marriage is the core of everything,” Carlson said.
Carlson went on to call Michelle Obama a “freakshow”, even saying that he enjoyed making fun of her for her narcissism and negative attitude.
“She’s dying of affluence, privilege and self-obsession, obviously,” Carlson insisted.
Kelly also took a proverbial at Obama, including roasting her for what she deemed was constantly striking a dour tone when discussing the United States and her husband.
“You would think that you were listening to someone that was like the wife of a George Floyd,” the host said. “She’s never gotten over whatever grievance she had growing up.”
The pair further mocked Obama for referring to herself in the third person when explaining why she had such a large motorcade — cackling while miming the former first lady’s, “I’m Michelle Obama.”
“Who talks about themselves that way? Even if you are Michelle Obama,” Kelly said, adding, “Barack Obama doesn’t talk about himself that way.”
