News of the major primetime shakeup at Fox News had fans and critics of the cable news network buzzing on Wednesday.
After firing Tucker Carlson, Fox News executives have seen ratings plummet across primetime. Viewers have tuned out without Carlson, who was reportedly canned as part of a secret handshake deal between Fox and Dominion Voting Systems as part of the $787.5 million settlement deal.

According to reports, Sean Hannity’s show is moving to Carlson’s old 8:00 p.m. time slot. Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld’s shows were also announced to be moving.
Nowhere in the report was longtime Fox News star Laura Ingraham’s show mentioned — and it had liberals on social media reacting with glee and speculating that Ingraham had also been fired.

Fox News responded by blasting “left wing activists” in a statement defending Ingraham.

“Reports based on various tweets by left wing activists are wildly inaccurate – Laura Ingraham, the top-rated woman in cable news, is now and will continue to be a prominent host and integral part of the Fox News lineup,” Fox News spokesperson said in a statement.
Fox News also released a statement addressing reports about its big primetime shakeup.
“No decision has been made on a new primetime line-up and there are multiple scenarios under consideration,” the network said.
