Former Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff appeared to be a rosy D.C. power couple.
But after a series of domestic scandals surfaced about Emhoff’s past relationships, and Harris insiders claiming the Emhoff may have contributed to her election loss last November, many have speculated that the pair are headed for divorce.
Now, an Easter Sunday outing has fueled new fire to the Harris/Emhoff marriage troubles.
Here’s the latest.
Over the weekend, toured a Los Angeles-area farmer’s marketing on Easter, along with their nieces.
Video captured Harris smiling for strangers, shaking hands and laughing as she greeted passers-by.

However, videos and photos of the outing appeard to catch Harris with a tense look on her face as she was walking side by side with Doug.
Emhoff, in the meantime, was stuck carrying the bags and did not engage with the nearby crowd.
Harris and Emhoff were also recently spotted at a Los Angeles Lakers game, where video of the couple went viral as the two were humiliated by a bored, minimal crowd response as she and Emhoff took seats far from courtside.

TNT broadcaster Stan Van Gundy also heckled Harris during the telecast, “I gotta tell ya, I’m a big Kamala Harris fan, but I wish she wasn’t here today.”
The remark came as cameras caught Harris smiling and waving, though only a handful of spectators acknowledged her presence.
The couple’s tense outing this past weekend has fueled on-going speculation that their marriage could be on the rocks after insiders say Harris and Emhoff’s marriage is complete turmoil after the fallout of the 2024 presidential election.
Sources close to Harris claim the former VP is blaming her husband for losing to Donald Trump.
According to a report by the Daily Mail, the former VP has blamed Emhoff for the loss in the 2024 presidential election, calling him “dead weight.”
The report termed Harris a “sore loser” and said she is playing the “blame game.”
One source said in the report, “There’s plenty of blame to go around as far as Kamala is concerned and Doug has his share.”
“Doug did Kamala no favors during the election – frankly, he looked like a hypocritical a** after the bombshells that he had got his child’s nanny pregnant while married to his first wife and assaulted his ex-girlfriend on the heels of his ‘I am woman’ crusade.”

According to the report, Emhoff has gone back to his legal roots and has taken a job with a major law firm in New York City.
Meanwhile, Harris has returned to her home state of California to mull her future in politics as reports have indicated that she’s considering a run for governor.
And as she weighs her political future – maybe a 2026 run for Governor of California or another try for the nation’s top job two years later – she has to consider whether Emhoff is an asset or a liability, according to sources close to Harris.
During the Harris campaign, Emhoff was linked to multiple scandals.
A former girlfriend of Emhoff came forward with allegations that hephysically assaulted her during a 2012 celebrity event in France, providing documented evidence of their relationship and the trip where the alleged incident occurred to The Daily Mail.
