Justice! Murderer’s death sentence upheld

The Florida Supreme Court has upheld the death sentences imposed on a man convicted of five murders in two separate 2007 robberies, including one in which the victims were set on fire.

The justices upheld the convictions and sentences imposed on Leon Davis Jr. He was convicted of killing two women — one of them pregnant — in the fiery robbery of a Lake Wales insurance office and shooting two clerks at a nearby gas station days later.

The high court on Thursday also ordered a hearing for death row inmate William Lee Thompson, who was convicted of a 1976 killing. Thompson’s mental disabilities may bar his execution.

The Associated Press contributed to this article.

Now that the man’s sentence has been upheld for a nine year old crime it is time to carry out the sentence.

This animal has lived long enough. He didn’t allow his victims the luxury of living longer. Maybe he should have been a democrat contender the world tends to look the other way when they commit felonies, just look at Hillary!

Electric chair, hanging or firing squad. The states cry they can not get a hold of the chemicals it takes so we need to change the way to carry this thru and yes. appeals need to be shortened. Yes, there are some innocents but there is 100 more times of the guilty.

Why not put criminals to sleep using the same drugs used in hospitals to put people to sleep for operations, then when they are deeply under, put a mask over their face fed from a bottle or pure nitrogen, also used in hospitals, until they are dead. No need to go looking around the world for lethal and expensive drugs.

What about the man who kidnapped, violently beat to death, sodomized, and extorted a woman in 1976. This person should have been put to death a long time ago. It’s been 50 years! Talk about that.
