James Carville admits sick “fantasy” about Trump

James Carville, a prominent Democratic strategist, has ignited controversy with his recent comments about his “fantasy” regarding former President Donald Trump.

Carville admitted he dreams about Trump and his supporter’s misery. These remarks, made during an episode of his “Politics War Room” podcast, have drawn attention for their divisive and partisan nature, less than two weeks since the attempted assassination of the 45th president.

Carville, discussing Trump’s selection of Sen. J.D. Vance, R-O.H., as his vice presidential candidate, revealed his personal “fantasy” about the former president.

“I have to tell you, I take unbelievable pleasure in his misery,” Carville stated.

“I fantasize about how he’s throwing shit at walls and ketchups and plates,” he continued. “And screaming at Don Jr. and screaming at everybody. It makes me feel so good. It’s a certain amount of peace that I get.”

Critics point out that such rhetoric comes just weeks after Democrats called for “lowering the temperature” of politics in America.

Carville didn’t stop there. Instead of expressing concern over the attempted assassination of Trump, Carville criticized Trump supporters’ belief that God seemed to have protected the Republican presidential candidate.

“So I’ve talked on this show many times, and I thought that Trump was viewed by his supporters as a theological figure, not a secular figure,” Carville said. “Of course, him being within an inch of having his head blown off is, to them, further proof that they were right, that God is protecting him.”

“Do I think it’s all horseshit? Of course … Do I think it’s a perversion of everything that you can think of? Yes. Of course … but to them, this is just further proof that he was sent here by God.”

These comments have sparked outrage among Trump supporters and criticism from those who argue that such rhetoric is inappropriate, especially in the wake of a violent attack on a political figure.
