Two innocent Americans were brutally attacked by a knife-wielding stranger screaming “Allahu akbar” in Virginia this weekend — and the media doesn’t want to talk about it.
However, the FBI has admitted it is now looking into ISIS connections with the bloody Saturday stabbings of a man and woman in Roanoke.
Wasil Farooqui of Roanoke County is charged in the stabbings at The Pines Apartments. Roanoke County police say that during the attack Farooqui was yelling “Allahu akbar!” and reports state he had recently traveled to Turkey within the last year — and may have tried to sneak into Syria to meet with ISIS fighters.
Reports also state that Farooqui unsuccessfully attempted to behead the man during the attack, which police said they believe was random. Both victims were seriously wounded in the attack and are being treated for their injuries at a nearby hospital, according to local station WDBJ-7.
The 20-year-old Farooqui is charged with two counts of aggravated malicious wounding and is being held in jail without bond at the Western Virginia Regional Jail.

I beg to disagree on your statement. As a Christian, – a Muslim, Buddhist, atheist or any other such -is my neighbour – not my brother. Many other religions might perceive Jesus as a prophet only, but only Christianity believes He is Messiah. There are many ex-muslim testimonies to be found that may help you understand the danger these people are and why they need our prayer and also why we need to be interceding against them! But the article provides a link to a local TV station there and at the end of the article there is a credit given to the Associated Press, which “contributed” to the article – maybe this article was derived from the AP (mainstream media) coverage. The attack has also been reported by the Washington Post. Most of the information we have about what goes on in the country, and the world, comes from the mainstream media – they have the resources and the access and the capability to cover national and world events, and the trained and experienced reporters – actual fact-finding, research-oriented, news digging reporters and analysts, to do both investigative reporting and the reporting of events that happen like the one in Roanoke.
