Exactly. The liberal idiots want people to think that ALL of the other 9 of the Bill of Rights were intended for the individual, but somehow not the Second Amendment. Like already stated, the founders were fully aware that there would be future advancements in all kinds of areas such as communications and weaponry- they wrote these individual rights in such a way that they would appliy forever and to any and all future advancements that could be utilized by the citizenry.
