Gavin Newsom trying to legalize voter fraud?!

In most states, tampering with elections is a felony. In California, it’s a career path and, thanks to a new law signed by Governor Gavin Newsom, interfering with voter fraud is the real crime.

Americans nationwide have accused California Democrats of illegal voting, including bribery and returning fraudulent ballots, as officials are still counting ballots from the June 2 primary. According to California’s Democratic secretary of state, counties don’t have to report their official vote totals until July 3—but some questionable results have already taken place.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass miraculously avoided facing the toughest challenge of her career, Republican Spencer Pratt, in November’s run-off election thanks to the state’s endless vote-counting practices. Although Pratt held a substantial lead over third-place candidate L.A. city councilwomen Nithya Raman, a Democrat, Raman supposedly surged ahead of Pratt after a numerous late-night ballot dumps put her in second place.

That result got the attention of President Donald Trump.

“The kid got the shaft. Spencer Pratt,” President Trump told Fox News this morning. “He did pretty damn well, and they threw him out” of the election. President Trump added that the same thing was “happening to (Republican candidate for governor of California) Steve Hilton,” but the president “went on such a tear that they approved him immediately.”

That came days after President Trump accused the Democratic Party of “trying to STEAL THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA PRIMARY, AND THE MAYOR OF LOS ANGELES, PRIMARY, AWAY FROM TWO GREAT REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES” on Truth Social. In the end, Hilton prevailed, but Pratt got sidelined.

“It’s such a rigged deal, it’s crazy,” Trump told Fox and Friends Thursday morning. “I just want to say to the public: It’s a rigged election.”

Now, Gavin Newsom is threatening that those words could land President Trump, or anyone who agrees with him, in jail.

President Trump explains how the California elections were "rigged" against Pratt but not Hilton:

That could include a lot of people, including Vice President J.D. Vance and Pratt himself.

The Los Angeles mayoral race “seems pretty shady to me,” Vice President Vance told Fox News host Jesse Watters, “especially when you add on top of the fact that in California, you are prohibited from asking for somebody’s identification before they vote.”

Pratt personally weighed in on the 43,000-vote surge that supposedly knocked him out of the election this week, posting an article stating the city is home to just over 43,000 homeless people—the same number of ballots that shifted his election.

The Fake News media have called claims of election fraud “bogus,” “unfounded,” and “baseless.” But as it turns out, there’s evidence to back them up.

Shocking video footage released this week shows homeless people on Skid Row saying that Democratic operatives offered to pay them $5 to vote for Raman or $2 for Bass.

“They come out here all the time,” said one woman. “About three times a week,” added another homeless woman.

It’s not the only allegation of vote tampering in this homeless-heavy section of L.A. The Horn told you that California activist Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong has been accused of paying homeless people on Skid Row $2 to $3 apiece if they would register to vote and then sign her petitions.

Voter records show 1,160 voters registered at the Midnight Mission, although the shelter in the heart of the infamous homeless district has only 120 beds. The same pattern plays out throughout the district.

Instead of taking any of the criticism to heart or cleaning up California’s act, Gavin Newsom threatened to put anyone who reports his state’s numerous election irregularities in the hoosegow.

“Trump says voter fraud should land people in prison. Agreed. And let’s start with the politicians spreading election lies with the goal of illegally interfering with counting ballots,”posted the governor on social media.

“In California, I just signed a law making that punishable with up to 3 years behind bars. More to come,” continued Newsom before closing, “FAFO, Donald.”

“FAFO” stands for “F**k Around and Find Out.”

Get that? Anyone “spreading lies” that California’s week-long vote count seems a little shady is the real fraudster and should be sent to San Quentin for three years.

Unfortunately, the law he’s referring to is very real.

Trump says voter fraud should land people in prison.

Agreed. And let's start with the politicians spreading election lies with the goal of illegally interfering with counting ballots.

Ahead of the latest California election, Newsom signed California S.B. 73, which makes it harder for independent sources to authenticate the state’s voter rolls. It punishes ballot workers who let law enforcement see registration information without a warrant with three years in prison, a $1,000 fine, or both.

It’s not surprising Newsom would try to make whistleblowing illegal. The Horn told you after investigative journalist Nick Shirley documented massive welfare fraud in Los Angeles’ immigrant-run hospices, Newsom signed Assembly Bill 2624 to punish anyone who posts videos that would violate the “privacy” of “health care” facilities with a $10,000 fine and possible jail time. Republicans call it the “Stop Nick Shirley Act.”

Gavin Newsom’s philosophy seems to be, “If you can’t solve the problem, make it illegal to point it out.”

“It’s insane that we have a state not only that doesn’t ask for your identification but will throw you in jail if you’re an elections official who is asking for identification,” Vance told Watters.

California may have a lot to cover up. In addition to the homeless voter problem, the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch has sued California to remove 873,092 inactive voters still on the rolls. Previous litigation uncovered that 151,202 California “voters” had not voted in four election cycles and 33,922 had not voted in five—or before President Trump ever ran for office.

In addition, the group cites census data showing that millions of residents have left the Golden State in recent years: 660,000 in 2024; 690,000 in 2023; and 818,000 in 2022.

That’s not surprising. Since Newsom became governor, have made the exodus out of California, often to Florida, Texas, or other low-tax red states.

But with Newsom’s latest threats, Republicans are tired of taking his population. Now they say it’s time for serious action.

The federal government “sends billions to California to subsidize their failed policies. It is time we STOP until they clean up their shady election process,” said Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., on Sunday.

That’s not enough for President Trump. He won’t rest until Newsom is in jail.

California election officials are now “under investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles,” President Trump announced on Truth Social last Wednesday, June 3.

The U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, Bill Essayli, confirmed Monday that “there is evidence of voter fraud.” He previously promised the Justice Department “will follow the evidence wherever it leads and prosecute any violations of federal election law to the fullest extent.”

Newsom challenged President Trump to a legal battle, and he got one.

As he might say, FAFO.
