The attacks on conservatives are getting out of control.
Fox News host Katherine Timpf appeared at a campaign event for a friend on Tuesday in New York City on Tuesday was targeted for a pre-planned assault.
An unidentified 6’2″ man aggressively approached her and poured a bottle of water on her head, before throwing what was left into Timpf’s face.

“I was there to do something for my friend,” Timpf told The Hill. “And this guy just comes up, it was very clear that he was there because he knew I was there ahead of time. He was coming there to come after me, which is the most terrifying thing about all of it”
“He came up behind me, tapped me on the shoulder, dumped [water] on my head and whipped the rest of it directly into my face. My eyes were burning. It was right into my face.”

Timpf is the libertarian co-host on “Fox News Specialists.”
The event she was attending was for Brooklyn borough president Ben Kissel, and she had planned to give a speech about criminal justice reform.
Kissel tweeted a defense of his friend and called the attack a disgusting action:
Please read this thread. Disgusted by the actions of an obvious lunatic at my campaign event. We can do better than this. https://t.co/QwTPnoobkJ

Timpf filed a harassment complaint Monday night, but the suspect remains at large.
Police confirmed the altercation was caught on security footage.
These kind of unprovoked attacks on innocent people based on their conservative political affiliations are disgusting.
They’re the opposite of what American stands for — and unfortunately, they’re becoming more frequent.
