It appears Hillary Clinton is getting help from the inside… AGAIN.
Clinton’s emails demanded by House Republicans, which are marked by the FBI as “Unclassified/For Official Use,” are mysteriously being kept away in a secure room on Capitol Hill typically reserved for the nation’s most closely guarded secrets, Congressional aides told The Associated Press. The staffers spoke on condition of anonymity because they had not been authorized to speak publicly about the security precautions.
The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee says the FBI is improperly restricting access to unclassified materials from its closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
In a letter sent Wednesday to the Senate’s security director, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley asked that unclassified portions of the FBI documents be provided to his staff.
“As I have expressed to the FBI in the past, it is inappropriate to unnecessarily mingle classified and unclassified information,” Grassley wrote Wednesday to Senate Security Director Michael DiSilvestro. “Accordingly, as you have done on similar occasions in the past, please provide the Judiciary Committee with a copy of the unclassified FBI documents from the production.”
Grassley said it was “regrettable that the FBI has imposed the burden of this task on your office by improperly comingling so much unclassified material with classified material.”
The FBI on Tuesday provided Congress portions of its file from the agency’s yearlong investigation into whether then-Secretary of State Clinton and her top aides mishandled classified information that flowed through a private email server located in the basement of her New York home. FBI Director James Comey said his agents found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing, but described Clinton’s actions as “extremely careless.”
Republicans point out that Clinton clearly lied to Congress about her handling of emails when she testified last October before a House panel investigating the deadly 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya. The GOP is pressing the Justice Department to open a new investigation into whether Clinton committed perjury and sought the FBI documents.
Democrats are worried that Republicans are likely to leak portions of the FBI file which would reveal Clinton’s wrongdoings and therefore do political damage to her campaign.
“These materials are nonpublic and contain classified and other sensitive material,” FBI Acting Assistant Director Jason Herring wrote. “For that reason, these materials may not be further disseminated or disclosed, in part or in full, without obtaining the FBI’s concurrence.”
The FBI documents are being kept in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, known within the intelligence community as a SCIF.
Access to the guarded room is restricted to members of the oversight, judiciary and intelligence committees and their staffs. Those without sufficient security clearances can read only redacted versions of the files and are forbidden from making copies or taking notes.
Steven Aftergood, who directs the government secrecy project at the Federation of American Scientists, said the documents were provided to Congress as a matter of FBI discretion and the bureau is in a position to impose conditions on any further disclosures. He said if all the documents were unclassified, then it would be surprising — though not prohibited — for them to be stored in a SCIF.
“Since it includes both classified and unclassified material, it makes sense that the collection as a whole would be stored in a secure environment, such as a SCIF,” he said. “The alternative would be to break up the materials into separate classified and unclassified parts and preserve them in separate locations, which might be awkward or inconvenient.”
But what he’s ignoring is the inconvenience imposed on Republicans requesting to access this unclassified information which they are lawfully entitled to.
He said if members of Congress release some of the unclassified documents, that would not violate any law, but any such unauthorized disclosure would make it less likely that the FBI would voluntarily share information with Congress in the future.

If these documents are so sensitive the FBI deems it necessary they be stored in a secure environment, such as a SCIF, on Capitol Hill,.. Wouldn’t it seem logical that having these highly secured documents on a home server warrant a crime.
If the documents had been on a government system when they were born instead of on the Clinton Home Server all of those documents that were re-classified would have been timely classified or re-classified as needed – Not two years after Clinton left The State Department….The documents would not have been allowed on her server. “Extremely Careless”, grossly negligent (i.e. criminal).

I’m new here on The Horn so please bear (like hug me through it please) with me. I will not blow too loudly. All I have to draw a conclusion about President Obama and Hillary Clinton’s involvement in America’s downward spiral is what I read, what I experience, and how others’ experiences teach me or cause me to dig a little deeper. Thus, I am here on The Horn. People, our country is a great place but we are divided. When any group or home or school or government is divided, it is headed for a great fall. I do not tend to have the answers, indeed I am searching for answers and I am searching for TRUTH. What I have summed up is this, America is still one of the best, if not the best, country in the world. I have a vision that we are being divided over “free-choice”, over “greed”, and over “power”. My research has found, America had more law-abiding people, fewer children dropping out of school, fewer crimes, more appreciation for a good job, less government control, pride for country and pride for the Red, White, and Blue. We had all this before Madam O’Hara (or however she spells her name) began her mission to remove prayer from schools. We had a safer country before 9/11. Something has happened to divide us. What I see is, when the fabric is steamed rolled, it loses it’s nap. People, we are being steamed rolled by something so deep, so dark, so extremely hot and powerful that most people don’t even want to touch it. For those of you who are reading this and have the same insight that has been given me, YOU KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. Don’t give up, don’t give in…. VOTE!
These are the only questions I have for the two highest law enforcement groups we have in the government , their entire purpose was to not let senators , house members, all government agencies, The Secretary of state, all Obama’s cabinet members, and the President himself. All are government people that Lie, and their are so many other things that they aren’t suppose to do , Like get 1 1/2 yrs to get rid of the e-mails that would send her to jail courtesy from another AG and DOJ who told her what the congress would come after, then she is protected by being able to destroy property belonging to the American People If you really want us to believe that there were only 65,000 e-mails in four yrs 32,000 work related and 33,000 that were personal no me personally I would have kept a copy of all those e-mails just to prove to a third party that they weren’t work related e-mails no she says 33,000 I say at least 300,000, but scrubbing the hard drive made them disappear for ever! I would love to hear what you would tell them why you lied in my house only Lying is a sin and when I taught school for the last years I worked before I had my fourth heart Attack and the last 3 yr’s I taught in East St Louis trying to give GOD back the blessing he had bestowed to me I made it through all 4 heart attack and for the first 2 months I taught Algebra in East St Louis I was the new old fat cracker teaching math! They read people so well and when they found out I taught there because I wanted to no because I had to! They taught me more about life then I could ever teach them that’s why twice Me and five other companies and me gave theses dog and pony shows twice to department of education people, two East St Louis school board members, and a top member of East St Louis community and theses were filmed like commercials that good of equipment! We presented our ways of building an inner city school model to Parents, Teachers, and Students! They were voted on twice my model was picked by all three groups both times but never heard from them ever again and yes I think it has a 95% chance of working! But what I found out was Education is one of the most fraud, stealing, and screwing the inner city kids from most federal money that comes there five people get their hands on the money first before it gets to the school. But my only three rules for school or my kids 1 no staling from me, 2 don’t lie to me, and for my kids never disrespect your mother my wife for 36 yrs for the students don’t dis me and I wont dis you! I told them the reason they are so important is mistakes can be made , but these three you chose to do! So How would you justify protecting a crook mainly for the AG is she will keep her job if Hillary is elected you would put everything on the line because of money or a job! I don’t think lying to the American public isnt your job description! My 169 IQ helped I as an insurance broker I had my piece of the business we had 10 people in our company inside the London company! I made bonuses more than my whole yrs salary! I was the only high school math teacher ever in the state to have a 200 student waiting list to get in! I loved it and I still have young men still sending me e-mails or Facebook, they always tell me I wish I was getting one of your lectures kids new they could get me off track by asking me a history question and they would tell me they learned more on history than they had in history all yr! There parents who were Vets always came to my class to tell me thanks for always saying that you can complain about your presidents choices, but the men that fight for this country have no choice follow orders or go to jail!
