It’s the most disgusting example of media bias in recent memory, and a prime example of how liberal politicians get away with virtually anything they want… because they are constantly unchecked by the press.
Is it any surprise we’re talking about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton?
The self-described “most transparent” public official of modern times, Clinton sure spends a lot of time hiding from press conferences.
But in an admitted effort to pander to black voters, Clinton was interviewed on the Steve Harvey Show in February.
Turns out, the appearance was nothing more than a 30-minute campaign endorsement. That’s according to a leaked 19-page memo that proves the exact questions and minute-by-minute timing of the interview were emailed to Clinton a week before the appearance.
In other words, the television show’s producers and host allowed the Clinton campaign to script the former secretary of state’s entire “interview.”
The memo begins by detailing the purpose of her appearance — to pander to both African American and women voters. The television station promised Clinton that the show would air before the South Carolina primary, which has an above-average African American population of 27.6%, according to Census Bureau statistics. Clinton was facing stiff competition from Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders at the time.
To be fair, Harvey as a show host isn’t exactly known as a hard-hitting journalist. And for a candidate who rarely participates in public interviews and is known for making repeated “misstatements,” it’s no surprise Clinton’s staff didn’t trust her to speak off the cuff.
But to hide the fact that the entire appearance was scripted, and more a campaign ad than an interview, is proof that the media is a willing tool for the Clinton campaign.
Sponsored: Liberals are speechless over THIS shocking video
It shows Hillary CAUGHT… red-handed… committing her worst crime yet.
It’s bigger than her email scandal…
Deadlier than Benghazi…
And it affects nearly every American citizen over 55…
To find out what it is — and how THIS could finally be the nail in Hillary’s coffin — go here now.
The memo was written by Clinton campaign spokeswoman Karen Finney and communications aide Betsaida Alcantara, and sent to Clinton in an email posted on DCLeaks.com, where it was obtained by The Washington Free Beacon.
What’s written in the memo is flat out embarrassing.
Not only did Clinton need to be prepped on the questions Harvey would pose, she needed to know how every second would be spent from her arrival to her departure.
In painstaking detail, the extensive memo includes biographies of people she will encounter, a timeline of events, a background on Harvey, his book, his Miss Universe gaffe and his recent shows.
It includes the questions that will be posed and how she should respond, how long she will be standing or sitting, when commercial breaks will occur, and even potential jokes Harvey may make.
Within the memo, Clinton is briefed on how to respond to questions about race relations and gun rights, but also strangely had to be reminded of how to be a grandmother, her faith, and even her preferred pizza toppings (which her staff has decided is hot sauce).
Her staff prepares her for a segment about her personal life, saying, “Steve will take a trip down memory lane with YOU to talk about the different moments of YOUR life displayed in the photographs below.” Despite her awareness of the photos ahead of time, Clinton displays her ability to fake emotion by feigning bashfulness as the photos appear before the live audience.
For a candidate so eager to be “transparent,” it seems like a no-brainer to answer light-hearted questions genuinely, but her staff couldn’t possibly take the risk of a gaffe so close to the South Carolina primary.
The memo is just another example of the group effort behind the Clinton campaign curtain to deceive the American public and do whatever they need to to land Hillary in the White House.
