The growing mound of welfare fraud based in the Somali community in Minnesota has grown so high that even Fake News outlets like The New York Times have had to report on it—but no one has covered what a major Democrat just confirmed about the deeper meaning behind it…about what some Americans get out of their own country’s looting.
It’s not just that Democrats flooded America’s cities with Third World refugees who have no problem stealing from their new “home” country. It’s that they did so with a purpose — a reason that Republicans only guessed at, but that a prominent Democrat just spelled out for the world to see.
A former two-term governor of a deep-blue state who angled for a Cabinet position in the Obama administration just admitted it all has to do with rigging elections.
But the mainstream media has not let the world read what he said.
In fact, the world doesn’t even know the full extent of the Somali welfare scheme just yet—although, as The Horn’s Stephen Dietrich reported, one undercover investigation claimed to find $110 million of federal childcare fraud in one 42-minute sweep.
That comes on top of $250 million of COVID relief fraud committed by another Somali-run “charity” called Feeding our Future. A federal prosecutor estimated the amount of welfare fraud in Minnesota at $9 billion,with most of it committed by Somalis.
But the problem isn’t just confined to one state. Similar allegations of Somali welfare fraud have been reported in Maine, Ohio, and Indiana, and the list is far from complete.
Republicans had their theories about why Democrats would let “migrants” loot their state treasuries.
“The single biggest thing Democrats are worried about is turning off fraudulent payments to illegals,” Elon Musk told Verdict, the podcast hosted by Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas. “By using entitlements fraud, the Democrats have been able to attract and retain vast numbers of illegal immigrants.”
“And buy voters,” added Cruz.
“And buy voters,” agreed Musk.
“It’s an election strategy,” stated Cruz.
Now a Democratic ex-governor has admitted Cruz got the details exactly right.
“As a twice elected Dem Governor who knows how the Dem Party operates, this I believe to be true,” replied former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, who served from 2003 until his impeachment and removal from office in January 2009.
Blagojevich isn’t just any Democrat: He’s seen Barack Obama’s strategies up-close and personal for years.

Blagojevich was governor when the state of Illinois’ junior senator, Barack Obama, got elected president in 2008. As governor, he got to name Obama’s replacement…and Obama had a lot to say about who should take his place.
Obama’s team made it known they wanted Blagojevich to appoint his best friend, Valerie Jarrett, to the seat—and they weren’t going to give Blagojevich, who wanted a Cabinet seat, as much as a “thank you” for it.
That drove Blagojevich up the wall.
“F*** him!” said Blagojevich, who exploded at the president for asking him to give Jarrett the Senate appointment “for nothing? F*** him!”
Obama didn’t like being denied… and he definitely didn’t like being on the receiving end of a shakedown. So, federal agents arrested Blagojevich for trying to sell the Senate seat.
“Blago” was convicted of corruption charges in 2011 and served eight years in jail before President Donald Trump pardoned him in 2020.
President Trump said at the time Blagojevich may have been put through lawfare by being subjected to “a prosecution by the same people — Comey, Fitzpatrick, the same group” of people who led the Russiagate hoax.
Blagojevich has always maintained his innocence of the seemingly well-documented charges. And he sued for the right to run for office again as recently as 2024—but the judge ruled against him.
Without any hopes of fulfilling his own political designs, the 40th governor of Illinois now describes how his former party pulls off its tricks…and what they have planned for the country if they succeed.
“They’re gonna make everywhere California, but worse,” Musk told Cruz.
Musk has the receipts for his claims.
As The Horn reported in April, the government agency Musk founded, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), “has found that, during the Biden administration, officials let millions of illegal aliens receive America’s most important U.S. government ID card”—the Social Security card—“and many of the illegals who signed up for the system went on to cast illegal votes in U.S. elections.”
Musk and fellow DOGE member Antonio Gracias estimated the number of illegals who cast a vote in the 2024 elections was as high as 2.1 million.
Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, a liberal Democrat, said she “accidentally” mailed information about how to vote to 31,093 non-citizens.
Texas removed 1.1 million illegally registered foreigners from its voter rolls a few months ago.
Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose found 1,084 cases of non-citizens registered to vote.
In Coldwater, Kansas, an illegal alien named Jose Ceballos not only voted but got himself elected mayor.
Blogjevich just connected the dots: Democratic governors game federal grant systems, forcing American taxpayers to pay illegal immigrants’ bills in order to keep destitute foreigners living in blue states. Then the state gives them ID cards that let them vote—for Democrats, of course.
The game has been going on for years, but the Trump administration is finally cracking down on it.
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the Trump administration has made 92 arrests for fraud—82 of them Somalis.
President Trump not only punished violators; he cut off the source.
“We have frozen all child care payments to the state of Minnesota,” announced Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services Jim O’Neill on Tuesday. HHS officials “have identified the individuals in @nickshirleyy ‘s excellent work. I have demanded from (Gov. Tim Walz) a comprehensive audit of these centers.”
He also said HHS had “launched a dedicated fraud-reporting hotline and email” address at childcare.gov.
“Funds will be released only when states prove they are being spent legitimately,” he added.

The American people elected President Trump to give them their government back.
He has begun by denying blue states their share of red state taxes—since there is no denying the reason Democratic states keep giving away Americans’ money to illegals.
