“On the Holmes Front,” with Frank Holmes
Big Tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg has big plans for the 2024 election—and The Horn can tell you if your city or county is going to be affected.
The liberal CEO of Facebook, who funneled $328 million to thousands of election officials before the razor-thin 2020 presidential election, has gotten out his checkbook for 2024… and he’s targeting the same states that put Joe Biden in the White House last time.
He’s announced the “charitable” nonprofit he runs with his wife Priscilla Chan, The Center for Tech and Civic Life, will dole out $80 million in Zuckerbucks to election officials, repeating the same tricks and schemes that NPR credits with “saving” the 2020 election.
The grants will vary from $50,000 to $3 million, depending on the population of the county. The larger the area—and therefore the more likely to vote Democratic—the larger his check.
Their eight-figure investment in our elections will eke out over the next five year…and more grants may follow.
The Zuckerbergs’ money will be in place before the 2024 presidential election, when an unpopular Joe Biden may face off against former President Donald Trump or popular Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
“Zuckerbucks 2.0” will flow to handpicked areas in blue and purple swing states—including North Carolina, Nevada, and the two surprise states Trump won in 2016, Wisconsin and Michigan.
The billionaire’s bounty has already led to election abuse, according to a deep and damning investigation. “A special counsel appointed by the Wisconsin State Assembly issued a report finding that jurisdictions getting Zuckerberg dollars may have conducted an illegal get-out-the-vote operation and violated other state laws,” reported The Daily Signal.
Wisconsin’s decision to take the “Zuck Bucks” even more outrageous, because the Republican-controlled Wisconsin legislature voted to ban Zuckerbucks from influencing state elections, but Democratic Governor Tony Evers vetoed it—twice. Democratic Governors Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan and Roy Cooper of North Carolina also vetoed GOP-backed bills to clean private money out of state elections—and surprise!—their states are also cashing in.
The rest of the billionaire social media mogul’s funds will go to blue states where Democrats run up their national popular vote total, such as California, Illinois, and Connecticut.
Zuckerberg’s foundation has named the cities and counties that it will fund—and The Horn can tell you they are:
- Contra Costa County, California
- Shasta County, California
- Greenwich, Connecticut
- Kane County, Illinois
- Macoupin County, Illinois
- Ottawa County, Michigan
- Clark County, Nevada
- Brunswick County, North Carolina
- Forsyth County, North Carolina
- Madison, Wisconsin
The foundation had slimmer pickings this time out. 24 states and 12 counties have voted to ban Zuckerbucks. Bill passed to veto the private funding of public elections in Pennsylvania, Louisiana, and Kansas, but Democratic governors again vetoed them.
They rejected his explanation that he just wanted to help cash-strapped local officials conduct safe and healthy elections.
As The Horn reported, Zuckberg and his wife “flooded local election boards with cash: It sent grants to 2,500 election boards around the country.” His $2.5 million grant to liberal Chester County, Pennsylvania—a Philadelphia suburb—exceeded the amount of money the local government gave the election board.
The Zuckerbergs said their money would help people vote during the COVID-19 pandemic, paying to give poll workers personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as drop boxes and paying for people to help count the votes. But the localities that took his money spent less than one percent of the Zuckerbucks on personal protective equipment, an investigation by House Republicans found.
After the 2020 election, NPR took a victory lap running a story describing “How Private Money From Facebook’s CEO Saved The 2020 Election.”
This year’s recipients follows Zuckerberg’s pattern of favoring left-wing cities. He “consistently gave bigger grants and more money per capita to counties that voted for Biden,” according to the Capital Research Center, a D.C.-based watchdog group.
But did Zuckerberg give more money to counties that voted for Biden, or did counties vote for Biden because Zuckerberg gave them more money?
There is one swerve: This time Zuckerberg is shipping his money through the U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence, which he hopes will cover his fingerprints.
Experts aren’t fooled.
“No matter what it claims to be, the U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence is nothing more than a dark money-fueled scheme to push liberal voting policies and influence election administration in key states,” the director of the Honest Elections Project (HEP), Jason Snead, told The Epoch Times.
“How state and local governments respond will have ramifications for free and fair elections in 2024 and beyond.”
There’s nothing more sacred or foundational to the American republic than the idea that the people deserve to have a voice in their own government. The 12 colonies rebelled with the protest, “No taxation without representation.” Abraham Lincoln described the war-torn nation as a “government of, by, and for the people”—all the people, rich and poor alike.
Zuckerberg threatens to turn American into an oligopoly, where elections still take place—but the aristocrats stuff the ballot boxes and pay the people who count the votes.
If you live in these states or counties, get involved and save America’s election integrity.
