Hillary Clinton’s opponents have often accused her of having a flippant attitude toward the rule of law — and legal controversy has followed the Democratic presidential candidate during her entire 30-year political career.
But does Clinton have such disregard for our country’s laws that she would intentionally lie under oath?
That’s what the Department of Justice is currently investigating, thanks to the efforts of leading conservative lawmakers.
Furious the FBI didn’t press charges against their political rival, Utah Rep Jason Caffetz and Virginia Rep. Bob Goodlatte are demanding that the DOJ open a new investigation into whether Clinton lied during testimony last year before the House Benghazi panel.
The two conservative leaders are also pressing the FBI to release notes from its agents’ July interview with the Democratic presidential nominee. FBI Director James Comey subsequently criticized Clinton’s use of a homebrew email server to handle sensitive work-related emails as “extremely careless,” but said his agency’s yearlong investigation found insufficient evidence to prosecute her for criminal wrongdoing.
In a letter sent to the DOJ last month demanding an investigation, the conservative leaders claim Clinton provided answers that were inconsistent with statements she gave while under oath about her handling of emails containing classified information.
Now, the two conservative lawmakers have detailed to investigators the specific areas they believe Clinton clearly committed perjury.
In particular, they pointed to four statements that Clinton had made under oath before the Benghazi Committee last October —
1 — Clinton claimed that none of the emails she sent or received through her controversial homebrew email server were marked as classified, which the FBI declared untrue.
2 — Clinton claimed her lawyers went through each of her emails individually. They used search engines and keywords to search them instead.
3 — Clinton said all her emails that were work related were given back to the State Department, which they were not.
4 — Clinton claimed she only ever used one server throughout her tenure as secretary of state, but really used multiple.
“Although there may be other aspects of Secretary Clinton’s sworn testimony that are at odds with the FBI’s findings, her testimony in those four areas bears specific scrutiny in light of the facts and evidence,” The Hill reported the Chaffetz and Goodlatte told the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, Channing Phillips.

On PBS recently I watched it’s series on U.S. Presidents of the past 60 years. Even Carter looks good compared to the current administration. Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford and Carter weren’t perfect. However, they tried to keep a strong nation and give the appearance of caring for the people. It’s good to watch that show as it reminds me of the days when the U.S. was a serious place where leaders cared.

So the company put me on as a part time salesmen in three weeks I was a full time salesmen in 3 months I stayed on because I was making so much money in 1980! after three months I was the assistant Manager. then lead the company in sales for a yr straight that’s out of 250 stores! Then within 4 more months they fired my manager because he came in stoned one day when the regional, district managers, and the head of loss prevention. When I came in I worked 12:30 -9:30 the managers said we had to fire Howard because he was in outer space, and they were trying to find a new manager I said you have one right here . They Said they have never hired a manager under 21 I was 18 close to being 19 and they told me they couldn’t do it . I put my keys on the counter and said I quit they said no we would really like you to stay on maybe that’s because I had lead the company in sale four 14 straight months I said you give me the mangers job out I walk they said they had to have a meeting in my office! About 30 mins they came out and said I had the job, now for 1980 1500/month plus commission I was making 55,000 in a month! The reason this store was doing so well was it was a mall that had only been open 2 yrs and it was were 30-50 yr old lived near this mall and all of the people were the ones that made good money and it was close to farming territory! What I did was build one off the best card file that so many people would have loved to get there hands on it! I had built a great thing I started to really do well when Ozzie Smith walked in one night and I said to him from behind the counter hey your Ozzie Smith and you just signed the biggest contract the Cardinals had ever paid anyone , and I said what do you need you make enough were you could afford anything in the store! At first he was taken a back then he looked at me and said he had never been approached that way from any salesman and the best thing you said was I could afford anything and you know your right! I sold him a 5000 big screen, a 1100 dollar VCR, and the first personal Computer Atari had put out! Then he gave me all his Info along with his credit card and told me when ever anything new came out bring it by show me how to use it and we will become great friends! He would call me one night and say I am in Cincy tonight and some thing is working could you stop by when you get off and check it out it was a cable problem that had unhooked it but didn’t know where to put it back to so I fixed it and Ozzie’s two young children were there and I said I brought you guys a surprise and they were two movies Star Wars and Cinderella a Disney movie which were hard to get and his wife thanked me so much I said no problem 4 days later when the Cards were back in town he comes into my store and he is like that’s how salesman should be when you have an a great customer you take care off them and you always have so here’s 100 bucks for going to his house I said Ozzie you don’t need to and he said your about to make your first mistake if you don’t take this 100 you’ll never sell me anything else! My dad had his own CFO and the a few assistants and people that were pro’s at every division this company had! Mine was since the Shuttle Challenger blew up so sorry. It created a new business that was mine because the number’s were huge, and I had to go around the world to fill out the policy! See at the time a one off was 23% of value and that was the premium! They said how do I know so much about how they come up with their Rates I figured if we come together we could finish this tonight! I said what is the average they need and what’s the lowest the policy could get because the policy we had come up with started at 15% up 2% if a failure and down 1 1/2% for a success! They said what did you come up with I said the lowest the policy could get was 7.01% with an average of 9.75 % they were so impressed because they said they had 7.02% and a 9.72 avg. I said lets finish this so they went to their boss and I went to the client and in 10 mins deal was done and I got an instant reputation as a broker to listen to he knows every aspect Then said he can even talk to the engineers which they had never met a broker that was for lets finish the deal in 10 mins they new I wasn’t going to screw them vice versa! So next day we placed the biggest deal in Lloyd’s history 9 billion dollars! With 5% commission so when an avg commercial was worth 300 million dollars with 5% commission where the main company got 51% and our team got 49% So 7 million in commission where my dad gave me 10 % of what he got so I got 735,000 what a great first job so when the launches ended I moved to Kauai HI where my dad and me bought a specialty Lumber yard that did 700 thousand in sales it was so we could tell our wife’s we were working where instead we played golf 5 days a week best I ever got was a 3 Hawaiian handicap PGA handicaps weren’t allowed to play in tournaments 39 yrs old and was retired until 3 weeks after we bought the yard Hurricane Iniki cat 5 and our business went to 3.5 million in sales pretty lucky I do hate making money off others people’s hardships!

I agree with all your statements, I too have a lot of her medical problems. Falling, walking up stairs, on blood thinners (has to eat properly, have cankles, Wear pants to hide swollen legs and feet. Dr explained to me, even if blood clots breakdown they can move small particles, and the blood vessels and veins NEVER go back to normal. That s in the legs, (mine) think what must happen in the brain. NO matter who or what, she will never be 100%. Also stress makes the blood pressure go up. Pete believes Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI, this plan wouldn’t have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate.
If you think about it, it’s not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only ways he can do it is by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties.
The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible. And since it’s never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge.
Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen. But what if Pete is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly useless Republican House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying and changing the country to fit his stated goals.
Teflon Hillary(nothing sticks) will not be charged. Law enforcement agencies have been trying to get her indited for various crimes for the last 30 years. None of their efforts succeeded. Teflon Hillary does not want to be president of the United States. She wants to be the first woman elected president. The first Presidential debate will make for some entertaining TV. Key will be if Donald can take the abuse for his sometimes radical statements, defuse them with a bit of acceptance they should have been tempered and turn the focus on this very issue of Hilary’s track record. No genuine success while in public office and a trial of suspicious events which have lead her to an actual inquiry by the FBI. Mere fact she was questioned validates she was in fact a suspect. If Donald gets mad and keeps the fight on his own mud, Hilary will skate, does not mean she automatically wins in Nov, but will skate on being prosecuted. So, if public focus can stay on this point during the debate slate, she will receive a subpoena of some kind in October for something less than perjury, most likely around the Clinton Foundation operations, but none the less more face time with a judge just before election day.
The only way anything will happen to her is if Donald Trump is elected other wise it will all disappear.
They all know that if she goes down she will take them down with her, That’s why she won’t get prosecuted, she has something on just about everyone in DC.

If you watch any of the news its become more than apparent that both Bill and Hill are in some kind of deep ka ka health wise.
