It’s a travesty of justice that political experts saw coming a mile away.
FBI Director James Comey has just announced that his agency will not recommend an indictment for Hillary Clinton after an investigation into her home-brew email servers.
“Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,” Comey said in his announcement, made Tuesday morning at FBI headquarters. “We cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges based on these facts.”
Clinton has been in hot water for months after it became clear that she stored and transmitted classified information on private servers during her tenure as Secretary of State.
And, according to Comey, 110 emails were found on Clinton servers that were classified at the time they were sent. That’s sure to raise questions about how the FBI could conclude that there was insufficient evidence that Clinton mishandled classified information.
Comey said the agency was unable to find direct evidence that Clinton’s servers were breached by foreign entities, but that it was possible.
With a presidential election just months away, experts warned that there would be political pressure from the Obama administration to avoid a Clinton indictment.
The fact that Obama is coincidentally making a campaign appearance with Clinton today indicates that he has not been the innocent bystander in the process that he promised to be.

Lynch said she would accept the recommendation of the FBI. What if the FBI just presented the information and left the decision up to her?
The fix was in, Comey knew this. He could have handed all of it to Lynch – and he knew it would go nowhere and nobody would see it except Lynch. Now, what he DID do bears looking at – 🙂
He made a long detailed speech OUTLINING everything they found – where it has now been compared, step by step, to the lies Hillary told. Comey, then Hillary. Hillary, then Comey. Last 8 years? Um, I’m old. I remember when ONE person in a household had to work and the entire family lived comfortably on that salary. It’s called “The Law of Misapplied Exoneration”, and it has long been used to “exonerate” various politically and/or economically influential persons (and/or agencies) from being faced with having to justify — before a competent and impartial (and sacrosanct from external pressures) court of law — their actions.
So where can you find that “law”? Try looking in my dreams — because, to my knowledge, that particular “law” is NOT on the books NOR in the US Code. But, nonethless — but perhaps within another form, known to and practiced by its adherents — it exists and is in full-blown operation, behind the shadowy veil of what we, the public, are told about how things work in the REAL world.
I am not a legal expert. But, according to so much of what I’ve read, much of it written BY legal experts, about Hillary’s emails-situation, THIS point keeps coming up repeatedly: “INTENT” has NOTHING TO DO WITH whether or not she violated the security of the United States or even if she violated the ESTABLISHED — or even violated any REASONABLE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES — Federal regulations.
Yet here we have James Comey saying, in his public pronouncement, that not only did she not violate the law OR even POTENTIALLY put the nation’s security at risk, but ALSO that his agency could find NO evidence — and here I’ll paraphrase, from memory — that she even INTENDED to do anything wrong.
INTENT, according to various legal analysts, has nothing to do with it, and, they say, on her actions alone, she should be charged — and not just with some low-level degree of “carelessness”
There’s so much more about this, that I just don’t have the time to go into it all.
But as to the issue of INTENT, I ask, on what reasoable basis could Comey state that his agency could not find (HINT: “could not find” is very different from “there was no”) INTENT on Hillary’s part to do ANYTHING wrong?
Didn’t she INTEND to channel all her official Governmental communications via her PRIVATE UNSECURE SERVER(S) and her PRIVATE UNSECURE BLACKBERRY?
Didn’t she INTEND, as the evidence reportedly also showed, to command her staff to DELETE the OFFICIAL “CONFIDENTIAL” MARKINGS from some emails and then to SEND THOSE DE-MARKED EMAILS ONWARD?
There’s more … but for Comey to state that there’s no evidence of INTENT?
Further, as I recall, Comey also stated that his agency could “find no evidence” (or words to that effect) that any foreign agency (or anyone?) had extracted any data from Hillary’s emails or servers. But, in my view, the issue is not ONLY whether hackers (whomever they may be) had successfully extracted that data — which, for all we know, perhaps they COULD have done and then “COVERED THEIR TRACKS” — but the OVERRIDING ISSUE is that hackers (whomever they may be) COULD HAVE EXTRACTED that data PRECISELY BECAUSE THE DATA WAS INTENTIONALLY LEFT INSECURE and was INSECURE IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES AND LAWS as well as of COMMON SENSE.
So, and like a proverbial slap-in-the-face to those who believe that the Comey decision was wrong, have we just witnessed — in a continuing string of “once-agains” — “The Law of Misapplied Exoneration” being applied ONCE AGAIN?
NOW, WE ARE A NATION WITHOUT LAW OR LAW ENFORCEMENT; BUT AN INSANE ABUNDANCE OF LAWYERS. THE REVOLUTON IS ON. HILLARY WILL NEVER OCCUPY THE OVAL OFFICE.

I am a retired USAF Officer and if I had transferred classified e-mail to my home computer or physically taken home classified information I would have been tried, convicted and sent to prison. I personally know a Colonel who lost his retirement benefits over something like this. I guess the law only applies to some. I find this quote in the story particularly interesting “Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,”. He didn’t say what she did was not illegal or we have no evidence against her. He did say that no prosecutor would try to take this case on…probably because others who have taken on the Clintons in the past have turned up dead.

I do not appreciate how the pubic was played as being stupid. For months legal analysts including Rudy Giuliani, a former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, have stated that intent was not the legal measure for indictment, rather, just the act of using the unsecured method for receipt of or sending of classified material was sufficient for indictment.
So, after acknowledging that Hillary was proven to have both sent and received “Top Secret” information via e-mail on her insufficiently secured server, the FBI has decided not to persue charges. What seemed worse is the explanation that Hillary is not being held to the same standard as others who have been charged with similar crimes. It was a deliberate slap in the face to our war hero, General Petraeus, who divulged classified materials to an individual who lack appropriate clearance. His intent was not malicious either, just poor judgement, like Hillary. The measure he was held to was the act itself, he was not afforded the extra measure of intent. Obvious favoritism, or could it be that if they had indicted Hillary they would have had to indict the person(s) she had sent and received the classified e-mails to/from. Maybe it involved the President of the United States?!
Let this serve as a warning to all Americans, especially those who will vote in November. How can you possibly trust anyone within the elite protectorate that exists in Washington? No matter what they do, the fix is in. An excuse, a scapegoat or a cleverly constructed escape route will be found for anything illegal they do. Almost everyone within Washington is an elitist, regardless of party. You’ve seen many who we know should be in jail for their crimes who continue to “serve” the public. The only way they are expelled from the elite status is if they disappoint or double cross the other members of that elite group who will disown them without second thought.
Now, without question, it must be clear to even the least informed of us all….. this elite group is very real and those who have chosen to support it, do so at their own risk and the risk of all of us. Now we are witness to scandalous protection for a vaudeville act that for openers, takes 4-6 dollars out of every 10 donated to the Haiti tragedy, and stuff them into their private safe. I once was employed in the DOD system and “Read in” on security levels and my responsibilities to assure continued security. All work materials derived/used while working any classified project had to be treated as classified at the proper level, whether marked as classified or not. If I had slipped up, intentionally or by accident, in protecting the security of those materials, I MOST SUREDLY WOULD HAVE BEEN PROSECUTED ACCORDING TO THE RULES STATED AT THE “READ IN”. It would not have mattered what my political affiliations were. Dear Hillary (and her staff) are culpable under the same security responsibilities.

At this point it is highly unlikely that anything Hillary, Bill, and Obama do will result in criminal prosecution. They seem to own the system and nobody is going to challenge them out of fear of death. Every one who has dared to offer to testify against Hillary or Bill has been found dead.
It is also probable that the election will be stolen due to the voting machines being vulnerable to hackers and the states that don’t use the machines will likely have thugs at polling points to intimidate voters, just like in the last election.
We are all victims of a rigged system and will soon be serfs to the congressional “royalty” that have been continuously reelected by the masses. We have allowed the career politicians to high jack the system delineated in the Constitution. Our forefathers never intended for our representatives and senators to become career politicians and warned about the consequences. Now we are paying the price.
When a person doesn’t even have to prove their identity to place a vote how can you expect an honest accounting of the election. Chicago won’t just have the dead voting but the old adage vote early and vote often will definitely be taken to heart.
Nixon got away with a lot for years then finally he went too far when he was in the White House maybe the Clinton;s are going into their final stages of ignoring the law and their sense of entitlement. Loretta Lynch should be asked to step down from her job.

In Comey’s judgment no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Then he should turn the matter over to a reasonable prosecutor and find out. This is a case where party politics wins out over justice and any concern for national security. Hillary is clearly guilty of violating national security laws. At the worst she chose to disregard those laws; at the least she was incompetent. Either way this is not someone that should be President of the United States.
