Shocking new revelations show former President Joe Biden and his handlers were so desperate to get President Donald Trump out of the 2024 presidential race that they overruled law enforcement agents and ordered an unprecedented lawfare campaign against the 45th president.
The Biden administration specifically disregarded FBI agents’ concerns they had not “established probable cause for the search warrant” to raid President Trump’s home, Mar-a-Lago, on August 8, 2022.
Numerous damning emails came in a long series of documents sent to Senator Chuck Gassley, R-Iowa, by FBI Assistant Director Marshall Yates on December 16.
“It’s true,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “We just turned over documents to Capitol Hill to be made public showing the FBI told DOJ they did not have probable cause for raiding President Trump’s home in Mar A Lago but DOJ ‘didn’t give a damn’ and did it anyway.”
One agent wrote that subordinates at the Washington Field Office did “not believe (and has articulated to [administration officials]), that we have established probable cause for the search warrant for classified records at Mar a Lago.”
Others said the office “has some concerns that the information is single source, has not been corroborated, and may be dated” didn’t want to proceed “until the matter of classification”—that is, whether Trump’s documents were actually classified at all—“is sorted out.”
One agent thought the entire investigation seemed like a waste of time. “Absent a witness coming forward with recent information about classified on site, at what point is it fair to table this?” he asked. “It is time consuming for the team, and not productive if there are no new facts.”
But, emails show, the Democratic administration told them to shut up and follow orders.
“DOJ has opined that they do have probable cause, requesting a wide scope including residence, office, storage space,” an FBI agent noted.
Insiders say the emails are only part of the evidence of the Biden-Harris administration’s lawfare campaign against President Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
“We have concrete evidence that Biden’s White House was very much involved in the most unprecedented, unjust and improper law enforcement act, really in the history of our country, which is to use the FBI to raid the home of a political rival and former president of the United States,” Attorney General Pam Bondi’s former chief of staff, Chad Mizelle, told the New York Post.
In communications he has personally seen, “somebody says — I think it was the White House person, ‘Hey, why don’t we take this offline’? And then all of a sudden every email communication on this thing stops,” said Mizelle. “It made it very clear that the White House was involved. The White House knew about it. The White House not only knew about it, they were coordinating it. They were putting DOJ in touch with NARA specifically regarding these documents in Mar-a-Lago.”
The news only underscores how the Democratic Party turned the federal government into its own personal police force, critics said.
These “new emails reportedly showing that half-brain-dead but ever-so-vindictive Joe Biden coordinated directly with then-Attorney General Merrick Garland and the National Archives and Records Administration to ransack Mar-a-Lago does not shock me. But it does reinforce the narrative that the Biden administration was rogue, corrupt, and laughably incompetent,” wrote conservative commentator Matt Vespa at Townhall.com.
Not all the details are new. Stephen Miller’s organization, America First Legal, broke the story that the Mar-a-Lago raid was Biden’s doing a year ago. The FBI could only pull off its anti-Trump caper after “a special access request through the White House for the FBI to get access to some of Donald Trump’s records,” said Gene Hamilton, the group’s executive director, told Newsmax host Greg Kelly.
“This Biden administration was willing to send armed FBI agents into his house with authority to shoot, to kill, over paperwork—over library records—that Donald Trump had every right to possess,” said Hamilton. “If that doesn’t show you something’s wrong with this country, I don’t know what will.”

In fact, then-Acting National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall wrote that she planned to get these documents based, in part, on communications with “Counsel to the President,” in an email dated May 10, 2022.
When conservatives took this and additional evidence to its logical conclusion, the Fake News media tried to have them deplatformed as “conspiracy theorists.”
The self-appointed arbiter of truth, Politifact, rated “false” the allegation that “Documents prove White House behind entire FBI targeting of Trump. Biden lied,” on August 31, 2022.
One week later, The Associated Press ran a headline assuring readers, “Judge’s order doesn’t show Biden ordered FBI search.”
But even the Fake News media has to report a little truth once in a while.
The Washington Post admitted in May 2023 that “two senior FBI officials who would be in charge of leading the search resisted the plan as too combative and proposed instead to seek Trump’s permission to search his property.”
Republicans at the time raised questions about diverting law enforcement resources from terrorism, narcotics, and other major crimes to harass a billionaire ex-president over some library records.
Interestingly, the FBI official who oversaw the Mar-a-Lago raid, FBI Assistant Director in Charge of the Washington Field Office Steven D’Antuono, also handled the January 6 pipe bomb case. Somehow, the Trump Justice Department identified and arrested a suspect for planting pipe bombs outside the Republican and Democratic national headquarters on January 6, 2021, with the same data the Biden-Harris FBI had. Yet the Democrats couldn’t find the suspect—who lived just outside Washington, D.C,—for four long years.
The Horn News reported, the FBI may not have wanted to find the accused suspect, Brian Cole, because he’s a black anarchist who supports Black Lives Matter, not a MAGA conservative.
But Biden’s FBI had no trouble ordering agents to swarm the house of the man the Republican Party would likely nominate to defeat Biden in the next presidential election on the flimsiest possible legal basis.
J6 pipe bomb 🧵
On 6/7/23 the House Judiciary Committee interviewed Steven D’Antuono, former FBI Assistant Director in Charge of the DC field office.
Most of the interview covered topics such as the warrant served at Mar a Lago, but I asked questions about the J6 pipe bombs.

Emails show D’Antuono opposed the raid, which was favored by Jack Smith’s deputy, Jay Bratt, wanted to go in. And Garland gave the go-ahead order.
“I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter,” said then-Attorney General Merrick Garland.

The bottom line is: Biden, Garland, and whoever pulled the strings in the third Obama administration wanted the optics of an FBI raid against Trump instead.
They wanted cameras to show heavily armed SWAT Team members creeping over the grounds of Mar-a-Lago, dirtying up the image of President Donald Trump.
They wanted federal officials ransacking the former president’s desks and pawing through First Lady Melania Trump’s underwear drawers.
And now, documents show, they did it all based on nothing.
“There was no crime. There was no predicate to go and invade Donald Trump’s home,” said Patel.
And now, he’s promising legal consequences—stating with his own department.
“We are going to hold people accountable who weaponized that system of justice,” Patel promised, because “the FBI must restore accountability and credibility to the American public.”
