Bill Clinton tries to flirt with sexual assault victim!? [video]

An eyebrow-raising moment between former President Bill Clinton and Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., during Clinton’s House Oversight Committee deposition on his ties to Jeffrey Epstein has gone viral.

Critics say the video seemingly shows Clinton trying to flirt with Mace.

Video footage of the February 27 deposition, released publicly by the committee on March 2, captured an exchange between Clinton and Mace as she wrapped up her questioning. The clip spread rapidly across social media, with users on X said it as “low-key flirting” and “classic Clinton charm.”

The setting is what makes the moment so jarring. The hearing was convened specifically to probe Clinton’s relationship with Epstein, a known sexual predator who helped the global elite abuse dozens of underage girls before his mysterious 2019 death in federal custody.

Mace, who has been one of Congress’s most vocal advocates for Epstein’s victims, is herself a survivor of sexual assault.

Clinton’s six-hour closed door session was the first time a former U.S. president has been compelled to testify before Congress in more than 40 years. Mace noted afterward that Clinton answered questions “even when his attorneys told him to shut up.”

Clinton claimed that he “did nothing wrong” and said he would have reported Epstein himself had he known about the abuse. He acknowledged flying on Epstein’s plane several times in 2002 and 2003, but insisted his friendship ended before Epstein’s crimes were known.

But for many viewers, watching Clinton flash his trademark grin and try to flirt with a sexual assault survivor, during a hearing about his ties to a sexual predator, was a moment that spoke for itself.
