“On the Holmes Front” with Frank Holmes
One of the worst violations of your rights over the last four years came as the Biden-Harris administration labeled suspected conservatives as possible terrorists and decided to sic federal agents on them.
But the Trump administration ended all that, right? Not so fast, says a group of federal whistleblowers.
A secret contract the Biden administration negotiated just before leaving the White House shows that, not only are the feds prowling over your social media, but they’re probably violating multiple laws to spy on people “without any investigation or suspected wrongdoing.”
The agreement lets “private contractors” get around laws meant to protect your rights and keep watching you until after the next election.
To make matters worse, the Big Brother program is named after one of America’s greatest patriots.
The program is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration, which also ran the Open Skies project—the one that put the current director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, on the no-fly list, subjected her to extra searches, and even had federal marshals follow her around on her plane.
It’s true that President Donald Trump named Gabbard to his cabinet, and that DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced in June that the Trump administration is ending the Quiet Skies program.
“Under the guise of ‘national security,’ (the program) was used to target political opponents and benefit political allies of the Biden Administration,” said Noem, although it “failed to stop a SINGLE terrorist attack while costing US taxpayers roughly $200 million a year.”
But whenever patriots close a door, the Deep State opens a window—and they did it before President Trump ever made it back to the White House. And so far, no one has ended this invasion of your privacy.
Today, I’m announcing TSA is ending the Quiet Skies Program, which since its existence has failed to stop a SINGLE terrorist attack while costing US taxpayers roughly $200 million a year.

The program, also run by the TSA, called EVADE (Enhanced Vetting and Discovery Element) (as in evade the law) is privately nicknamed the “Paul Revere program.”
The program gets around the Trump administration’s respect for law, privacy, and rights by hiring private contractors to spy on you for them, according to the Air Marshal National Council (AMNC), which represents whistleblowers from the Federal Air Marshal Service.
“TSA is watching what you post on social media!!” warned AMNC. Under EVADE, “TSA has contracted with a private company,” which “is not subject to the same laws or oversight as a federal agency.”
The company is called Ecompex, which will “investigate all your social media, so they can pull any type of entry you have with” a federal database, such as TSA’s Pre-Check program. If they don’t like what they see, they can “geotrack your phone,” explained AMNC Executive Director Sonya LaBosco.
Ecompex advertises itself as the “key to the right intelligence,” cashed in big, taking your tax dollars to spy on pro-Trump activists, perhaps illegally, through the 2028 election.

The federal government put out a government contract for between $5 million and $10 million to conduct” enhanced vetting of individuals.” The Deep State wanted to hire people with experience in “counterterrorism” to look at social media and “government furnished information from a variety of classified and unclassified databases and sources.”
The Biden-Harris administration awarded Ecompex, Inc. a $6.8 million contract last September—just before Vice President Kamala Harris lost the 2024 election, but well after polls showed she would suffer a humiliating defeat.
Ecompex “helps the US government manage its data and information by providing full-range information management,” the company says.
Ecompex’s multimillion-dollar EVADE contract will last through November 11, 2029—just after the next presidential election.
Guess which party the Deep State’s contractors will be spying on, tracking, and possibly patting down or putting through K-9 searches until then?
“They’re grabbing intel on the American travelers now, they’re putting that in a database so they can we can go back and now deploy federal marshals to track innocent Americans who are not under investigation, that haven’t been vetted by any other law enforcement entity,” said LaBosco.
That’s a clear-cut case of political bias.
“We never followed BLM. We didn’t have any Quiet Skies missions or Quad S (missions) on BLM. not Antifa,” she pointed out. “The agency has refused to look at groups that are violent and dangerous against the United States and put them on these watch lists.”
It’s also probably illegal on multiple counts, and she spelled out the law in a letter to the Trump administration.

TSA’s EVADE program — which exists only “to watchlist people without any investigation or suspected wrongdoing” — seems to violate Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as well as the 1974 Privacy Act, wrote AMNC in a June 4 letter to DHS inspector general Joseph Cuffari.
But it’s not clear if the Trump administration is actually conducting an investigation.

Noem said she is aware of the problem based on the Open Skies scheme.
“In addition to conducting our own internal investigation” Noem added, “I am calling for a full and thorough Congressional investigation to uncover further corruption through this program.”
On September 29, the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee issued its own report on the Gabbard-grabbing spy plot.
“Quiet Skies was an unconstitutional dystopian nightmare masquerading as a security tool,” said Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky.
One day later, the TSA (now reporting to Noem) said the person most responsible for Open Skies was former Biden TSA Administrator David Pekoske.
But the EVADE “program (and) its secrecy … raise serious legal, ethical, and constitutional concerns that require urgent oversight,” AMNC told Cuffari.
Using the Deep State to spy on conservatives is a double crime. Every time the TSA tails a Trump supporter, a federal marshal can’t follow a real terrorist, drug cartel, or human smuggler. It punishes the innocent and lets the guilty go free.
And it puts a ticking time bomb on every flight in the United States.
The Trump administration needs to drain “The Swamp” and shut down this campaign at once.
