Normal Americans who listen to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s socialist nonsense may ask, “Is AOC on drugs?”
An explosive new court filing shows the answer may be yes — and she may have committed financial fraud by having her campaign pay for them.
Not only is the drug the New York Democrat may be taking potentially addictive, but studies document conclusively that the substance also makes its users highly susceptible to mind control.
And watchdogs say, despite getting busted in a drug-and-money scandal, AOC continued illicitly spending tens of thousands of dollars on drugs.
As The Horn reported, NLPC caught the former Bronx bartender red-handed using a mind-altering substance so powerful it’s used as a horse tranquilizer.
To keep the matter hush-hush, the campaign of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., passed off the payments as a campaign-related expense, according to documents filed by investigators at the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC).
Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign reported paying Dr. Brian W. Boyle, chief psychiatric officer at Boston’s Stella Mental Health, almost $19,000 for providing “leadership training and consulting” to her campaign.
But Boyle isn’t a motivational speaker or political consultant. He’s a shrink who gives his patients the drug ketamine, a hallucinogenic drug.
Campaign records show AOC’s campaign making payments totaling $18,725 for three visits with Boyle on March 10, May 15, and October 1, 2025.
The news broke as a district judge sentenced Jasveen Sangha, a felon drug dealer known as the “Ketamine Queen,” to 15 years in prison for her role in the 2023 overdose death of Friends star Matthew Perry.
But it seems AOC’s shady campaign spending on drugs is worse than anyone ever imagined. Even after the story broke, records turned up showing that Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign continued paying for the drug treatments into the new year.
New filings that surfaced after NLPC’s original story prove that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spent another $4,550 on a visit with the ketamine doc on January 12, 2026.
That looks like evidence that AOC has shown the real addictive behavior of spending tens of thousands of dollars on drugs and lied about it, even when it could break the law.
“NLPC alleges that AOC expended a total of $23,275.00 for personal psychiatric services for herself or her staff and not for legitimate campaign purposes,” says the formal complaint NLPC sent the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and Omar Ashmawy, chief counsel of the Office of Congressional Conduct, on April 24.
The group asked for a full-blown investigation into Ocasio-Cortez’s cash-and-drug scandal, because Americans demand answers—and we want them now.
“AOC needs to come clean and explain to her contributors and the FEC why she spent almost $24,000 of campaign funds on a Boston psychiatrist who specializes in ketamine therapy and has no expertise in political campaigns,” said NLPC Counsel Paul Kamenar.
Conservatives exploded with outrage at the latest allegations that the congresswoman may have illegally laundered campaign funds to pay for mood-altering substances.
“Congress is making campaigns pay for their drug use!” said one online commentator.
“There’s nothing nice about AOC stealing campaign funds for her ketamine therapy,” wrote Paul A. Szypula in response to AOC herself. While this drug may limit her other psychological symptoms (or not), Szypula wanted to know “what’s going to cure AOC of her TDS,” or Trump Derangement Syndrome?
“Nothing says ‘for the people’ like expensing your inner journey. Maybe the real platform isn’t policy—it’s vibes, self-care, and a federally funded breakthrough session.” said Breitbart News editor and talk show host Alex Marlow.
To make matters more concerning, it’s possible a sitting member of Congress is taking a drug that makes her more susceptible to mind control.
Studies show ketamine makes people more likely to placed under hypnosis.
A 2018 study found that “a low dose of ketamine in healthy volunteers who scored in the low hypnotizable range on the Stanford Clinical Hypnotizability Scale would (1) report an increase in subjective ratings of dissociation and (2) demonstrate an increase in hypnotizability.”
Ketamine is often “overlayed with clinical hypnotherapy.”
Is a U.S. congresswoman taking mind-altering drugs and being placed under hypnosis? If so, what is he telling one of America’s most powerful leaders while she’s vulnerable to the power of suggestion?
We don’t know, but Boyle has said he has “a ton of fun” administering the drug to patients.
To be clear, NLPC’s complaint clarified that the campaign cash could have been for the congresswoman or an unspecified member of her staff.
But let’s connect the dots.
Boyle says his practice specializes in administering ketamine to patients who suffered from PTSD, anxiety, or trauma that traditional therapy hasn’t cured. And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rushed to cameras to insist she experienced real “trauma” on January 6, 2021, although she was nowhere near the highly contained riot. She’s also said she has experienced sexual assault.
And the far-Left Democrat has been filmed acted erratically just this week.
A video posted by the entertainment website TMZ on Thursday showed AOC, giggling strangely, cocking her head, and stating, “I think there are chances that maybe America has “already had a gay president.”
If true, it would be the perfect act of hypocrisy for AOC.
Left-wingers like Ocasio-Cortez opposed the appointment of Elon Musk to the Trump administration’s DOGE efforts by citing his ketamine use. Musk posted a clean drug test last June, showing he did not use the drug. And now we know AOC’s campaign was paying for someone to use it at the same time.

Remember when AOC accused Elon Musk of being addicted to ketamine, prompting him to post results from a clean drug test only for it to later emerge that her own campaign had spent nearly $19,000 on a psychiatrist known for ketamine therapy, with a formal complaint alleging the… pic.twitter.com/2k2tzSB17A

Her actions may be two-faced, but it’s far from the first time AOC’s been guilty of hypocrisy.
The socialist, who campaigns as a woman of the people, spent nearly $50,000 of campaign cash on a trip to Puerto Rico from June to September.
Videos show her living it up and partying down in a private suite during a Bad Bunny concert.
It’s one of many ways the champagne socialist pampers herself.
AOC did it AGAIN and got caught spending $19K worth of campaign cash on KETAMINE THERAPY.
AFTER… AOC already got caught spending $50k worth of campaign cash on a Bad Bunny concert, high-end hotels, and catering in Puerto Rico. CHARGE HER. pic.twitter.com/RjJl9CXwAC

The Horn told you that Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders flew aboard the luxury Bombardier Challenger private jet as part of their “Fighting Oligarchy” tour.
The Horn also told you the House Ethics Committee ruled that AOC had to pay nearly $3,000 for wrongly accepting “free” gifts to attend the ultra-elite 2021 Met Gala while hypocritically wearing a dress proclaiming, “Tax the Rich.”
AOC’s life perfectly encapsulates socialism: All people are equal, but some are more equal than others.
But hypocrisy and double-dealing isn’t the most pressing issue facing America if AOC is spending campaign cash for drug-induced hypnotherapy.
There is a far, far more dangerous possibility lurking beneath the announcement.
.@AOC flew first-class to fight the oligarchy with Bernie Sanders.
This flies in the face of everything progressives stand for.
The carbon footprint of such an extravagant seat is an abomination to environmentalists.
AOC is just another hypocritical politician. Nothing more. pic.twitter.com/pQxtU4plj8

AOC could become the first Manchurian candidate president.
In the TMZ video, Ocasio-Cortez—who has long been rumored as a possible 2028 Democratic presidential candidate—stopped goofing around long enough to forcefully shoot down the idea that a woman cannot be elected president of the United States.
Americans will elect a female president, she said, as long as it’s someone who “fights for the right things.” She then described a political platform that perfectly dovetailed with her own political positions.
But does America really want to elect a hypocritical, radical, left-wing drug user potentially under the mental direction of someone else leader of the free world?
