It’s the biggest story in the 2020 presidential election — and it doesn’t involve Hunter Biden.
At least not directly.
The biggest story of the year isn’t The New York Post’s bombshell story on Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s alleged links to his son’s work in Ukraine.
Instead, the biggest bombshell is how the mainstream media and big tech companies reacted to The Post’s reveal: Censorship.
Across major social media outlets, newspapers, cable news networks, and blogs across the country, the response was swift… and the silence was deafening.
The story was immediately censored on Facebook, Twitter, and other major social media companies. It’s a problem The Horn News has been investigating for years, and it has finally bubbled up to the mainstream.
The news media itself is guilty on two-fronts.
First, they’ve refused to report on the story.
And, most importantly, they’ve refused to investigate the facts for themselves.
That’s the very job of an investigative journalist. Get to the facts. If the story on Hunter Biden’s emails is fake, shouldn’t the legacy media journalists at The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, and others be able to quickly debunk the story?
Remember, these were the same media outlets that breathlessly reported on the now-debunked Steele dossier when it was released by Buzzfeed in 2017.
It was shared, emailed, ciculated online, and reported on in all the major news outlets at the time. Even after it was debunked, the article was not — and has never been banned — on social media.
In 2019, social media was overwhelmed by a story that Trump directly ordered then-lawyer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress. It was reported so frequently and shared so often, special counsel Robert Mueller was forced to break his silence to call it false.
There was no censorship then, of course. There hasn’t been since.
In Dec. 2016, The Washington Post incorrectly claimed that Russian-linked hackers had broken into Vermont’s power grid. Days later, the newspaper corrected the story to say that Russia actually had nothing to do with the malware found in the computer system.
But look what false story and misleading headline is still allowed to be on Twitter, uncensored, nearly four years later —

During the 2016 presidential election, then-Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s campaign falsely claimed that Trump had a “secret server” set-up to communicate to a Putin-tied bank in Russia.
That was false, the mainstream media concluded after a Washington Post journalist looked into the explosive claim.
“That secret Trump-Russia email server link is likely neither secret nor a Trump-Russia link,” The Post wrote in Nov. 1, just one day after Clinton shared the story online.

For over four years, stories have circulated the internet on Trump and his political allies unchecked. Some have been true. Some have been false. Some are unverifiable.
But not one has been censored. These stories have been reported and investigated by major news outlets, and have been seen by millions of would-be American voters.
But now, a major news story involving a Democratic political candidate has been released just weeks before the election… and it is being covered-up.
The story has been censored by big tech. It has not been investigated by mainstream media journalists.
The story has been effectively hidden from the American people.
Whether or not the Hunter Biden story is true remains to be seen. The Horn News cannot yet verify the information, and therefore hasn’t reported on it. Yet. There needs to be an investigation to determine its validity.
The selective censoring of this story across big tech is the most concerning part. The hypocrisy is stunningly brazen.
And it goes to show exactly what is at stake this upcoming election.
The freedom to speak out against the crowd is on the line.
