BUSTED! Trump sues liberal news for their lies

Fake news has become an epidemic in the U.S. It has infected Americans with false information and blurred the divide between reality and fiction.

But President Donald Trump has had enough — and now he’s standing up for the truth.

Trump’s personal attorney, Michael D. Cohen, claims he told his own attorney to look into taking legal action against BuzzFeed after the site posted a fake “Trump dossier” in January, accusing Cohen of Russian ties.

The dossier claimed that Cohen traveled to Prague in August to convene with Russian agents on how to hide the alleged Russian hacking of the Democratic Party email servers.

But Cohen swears he didn’t make the trip. He has undeniable proof, and it proves the whole story was faked.

He showed his passport to Trump, his aides and reporters, and even showed itinerary for a Southern California trip he took during the supposed Prague meeting.

It’s no surprise that this fake news originated with a paid Hillary Clinton supporter, who was attempting to undermine Trump’s credibility with Russian conspiracy theories.

Christopher Steele is a former British spy who wrote the 35-page fake dossier BuzzFeed published, The Washington Times reported. He was paid by Fusion GPS, an espionage firm linked to the Democratic Party, to discover compromising information on Trump.

Fusion GPS is a secretive firm used frequently in leftist Washington circles to uncover political scandals.

For example, they were hired by Planned Parenthood after videos were released claiming the organization sold fetal tissue, and were hired by Democrats during the 2012 presidential campaign to uncover controversies surrounding one of Mitt Romney’s donors, according to The Daily Mail.

So it’s no surprise the the liberal organization was involved in the most recent election, and the subsequent publishing of fake information.

And Cohen isn’t the only victim in BuzzFeed’s irresponsible reporting. CEO of network solutions firm XBT Holding, Aleksej Gubarev, is suing for defamation after the article claimed he was responsible for a hacking operation in which Democratic computers were invaded with porn.

In his libel lawsuit, Gubarev called the article, “one of the most reckless and irresponsible moments in modern ‘journalism.'”

And Trump won’t allow it to continue.

The President has been vocal about his distaste for fake news, not shying away from clarifying the truth when the media is reporting otherwise.

Following reports that there were delays in the building a wall at the Mexico-U.S. border,  he tweeted Tuesday morning:

Don't let the fake media tell you that I have changed my position on the WALL. It will get built and help stop drugs, human trafficking etc.

He and his lawyers are standing up to fake news, ensuring Americans are accurately informed, and sending a message to perpetrators of spreading false information that this administration won’t allow it.
