While liberals are desperately trying to block funding for President Donald Trump’s proposed border wall, a twice deported illegal immigrant made his way back onto U.S. soil… and molested a 12-year-old girl, according to Fairfax County, Va police.
40-year-old Oscar Perez Rangel of Herndon, Va., was arrested Friday and charged with three counts of felony inanimate object sexual penetration and two counts of felony aggravated sexual battery, Fox 5 reported.
The alleged assault occurred at an in-home daycare where Rangel lived, sometime between October and December 2016.
The victim attended the daycare after school and reported the incident to staff members, who subsequently provided the information to detectives on March 28.
Rangel had a Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer against him. Following his arrest, ICE provided a statement to Fox 5, revealing his previous deportation and “felony convictions for attempted robbery, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and illegal re-entry after removal.”
Rangel had been deported once in 2009, and then again in 2011, according to Breitbart Texas.
