Police have arrested four people who they say beat and tortured a mentally ill man — a disturbing assault that was broadcast live on Facebook, Chicago police said.
Even worse, critics say the attack was a chilling, racist message aimed at supporters of President-elect Donald Trump. During the video the four suspects, all African-American, can be heard shouting racist and anti-Trump slurs while the bound and gagged victim, a white man, was tortured.
“F*** white people!” and “F*** Donald Trump!” one of the suspects is heard yelling in the video, clips of which are below.
The victim is a suburban Chicago resident who Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said has “mental health challenges.”
In a news conference Wednesday, Johnson described the video as “sickening.”
“It makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that,” he said.

The investigation began Monday after Capt. Steven Sasso said officers found a man who “was in distress and was in crisis” walking on a street on the city’s West Side. The man was taken to a hospital and it was later discovered that he had been reported missing from an unidentified suburb.
At about the same time, police took several people into custody at a nearby address where they found signs of a struggle and property damage. Investigators determined that the missing man had been at the same address.
Police are reportedly considering filing hate crime charges against the four suspects for the alleged torture.
The victim was with his attackers for 24 to 48 hours before police found him, and the episode has left him shaken, according to Duffin.
“He’s traumatized by the incident and it’s very tough to communicate with him at this point,” he said.
The victim was a classmate of one of the attackers and initially went with that person voluntarily, Duffin said.
Police haven’t identified the individuals in custody, but said three are Chicago residents and one is from suburban Carpentersville.

It’s quite likely that something he posted is now “awaiting moderation,” which often happens around here; apparently, there is “screening software” which makes this determination, and The Horn staff are quite often VERY slow about clearing their backlog of posts that have been so labeled.
i find this determination to often be capricious and random, for no one will supply a list of “keywords” which trigger the software so that these situations can be avoided. It can take up to 3 or 4 days for such a label to be removed and the original post show up to a thread, which is usually LONG after the intended reader has moved on to other topics – something i find to be quite annoying.

Follow this with ten years of strict supervision ie strict monitoring of person, home and vehicle, followed by five years of parole for a total of fifteen years of parole. This is getting old, I am not white but this is infuriating how much double standards come from the liberal left and the mainstream fake news. This would be called a hate crime against any other race, the fact that it is not should be a major concern for white people, they are setting you up for extinction where only a select or should I say sellout group of white’s will retain power and since this was all started by the liberal left I will let you draw your own conclusions.
This will continue to escalate and if something isn’t done before summer, then I would suggest being heavily armed and travel in numbers. This is one of those scenarios where we either stand together or hang separately. This is no longer just about race, it is about ideology and whether we are going to remain a nation under God in accordance with our Constitution and Bill of Rights, or will we lay down and allow this liberal insanity to rule?
The time for being PC is over, the time for being tolerant is over, the time now is for Americans to stand up united as Americans and say enough! Don’t argue, don’t debate and don’t engage them in any way, but don’t bow down either. It doesn’t matter what we do the liberal left are always going to tell us we are wrong. I fear things will get worse before they get better. My problem is liberals will never hold them accountable for their actions EVER. Where is the mayor?
